Perfect location with a spa included. It's honestly one of the best places to stay if you're going to Manchester and will stay here again. There's complementary drinks in the room and I genuinely can't fault anything from the bed to the pillows and everything in between.

Amazing hotel! Great staff lovely room and a really good breakfast.

9th floor City view room was nice and spacious with open plan bathroom, private toilet. Drinks in mini fridge were OK..Bed was comfy. Breakfast on 1st morning was abit disappointing, lots of food containers nearly empty. Had to request vegetarian sausages, and fried eggs. Thankfully the very efficient Jam (jamila) was on hand, she got us all we wanted and needed. In the evening we had drinks shame about the service! We waited over 25 minutes before we were served, and we're kept waiting for further table service drinks. To then be charged for service !! Day 2 Jam remembered us and automatically asked if I required fried eggs, and would I like some hash browns aswell. Excellent efficient customer service, from this young lady She went above and beyond and ensured we were fully catered to at Breakfast. She should be recognised for this. Thank you Jam (Jamila)

Our stay was excellent, the townhouse room was stunning <3 and by far was better than the room we previously have visited at other hotels , the bed was large and the extra seating area was very comfortable , we also had a really good breakfast and met the friendliest bar staff which had some great conversations with , We will 100% be returning - Meghan

The staff were all excellent and the location as great! Our room, while big, was very uncomfortable. The bed was extremely hard and the hearing wouldn’t turn off even though it’s summer. It was miserably hot in the room. The windows don’t open and there are no fans so the air couldn’t circulate. On the second leg of the trip we were in an EasyHotel and were much more comfortable for a fraction of the price.
