Mi experiencia en Meliá paradisus la perla fue excelente en especial la atención de Neli en el bar junto al delicioso Restaurante Capella.

The wife and I stayed here for 6 nights and really enjoyed our time. The staff is very friendly and the hotel itself is very nice. Food was very good as well. Our favorite was the sushi restaurant (forgot name) and always found some good options at the buffet. Only negative thing I can think of is the beach had a lot of sargassum and due to that we didn’t spend much time there. But that is not their fault at all and can’t really be prevented. The resort does not have much of a late night party scene which is perfectly fine with us. There was a DJ playing most of the afternoon at the pool which was more than good enough for us. We would definitely return to this place in the future.

Sunwing - After price comparisons on and ourside resort, even with their discount the activities are more expensive with Sunwing. Also, they have very limited choices to purchase on the plane. Do your research before leaving and choose your activities ahead of time to be aware of pricing and options. Side note: we did the Isla Mujeres. It was insanely busy and no space to relax in peace or not having 10 people around you or asking you to buy something. Also, the golf cart rental to go around the island cost us 50$ USD. Sunwing said on the plane it was 20 USD. Resort said about 60 USD. Sunwing overall did not have a better price for this activity we had purchased on the plane and was not right about the "$20 USD" cart rental the flight attendant has claimed to have done "multiple times". 2. Paradisus La Perla. We stayed at the Adults Only side. Overwall would return. Any concerns we had were addressed. Food was very good: * HADAR (buffet) open 3 x / day. Multiple food choices, egg station, smoothie station, etc.. * CIELO (old MOLE name) very good traditional food. We highly recommend trying their braised beef soup. * LEMON FISH (old FUEGO name) we did not try. * TOKIMEJU (asian fusion) same as BANA but BANA is the Family version. We didn't like the food. * CAPELLA (Italian) / LA PALAPA / SAL'S STEAK : we fid not try those. La Palapa & Sal's Steak is not incl , extra $ * BLUE AGAVE (Mexican) was our favorite. Some of the best tacos if not The Best we've had. They also had a very good beef soup. * FLORA (organic food) intrresting but nothing crazy soecial. Clean food. * FARENHEIT, the Pool Reso, very good: Must try the Korean wings, their sweet potatoes, fish tacos, guacamole, ceviche and burger. The sliders look good too but we didn't try them. - there's bars pretty much at every corner in the resort and a Martini bar ( M BAR ) right next to SAL'S STEAK. - we were insanely impressed with Jesus Alberto's drinks, thank you x 100 Jesus A for making our stay so special. A true humble and talented man! BEST drinks hands down. Special thank you to Mago the Magician too, what a sweetheart and such a pleadure to chat with. Ask him for his special drink. You can find them at the bar near Blue Agave. The reception has snacks thought the day so you can grab a bite on the go. The Nespresso bar is also open until 4 PM. There's also Kicks bar on the resort we didn't go to. At the pool there's a DJ from 10 AM - 6 PM - Yes as others said the music was loud but one of the 2 djs was really good and the resort is huge with lots of cabanas and comfortable beds, hammocks around where you can go relax. There was seaweed on the days we went on the beach. They have activities pretty much every day - make sure to scan your code to see what goes on throughout the day.

Diego is the man!!!! He’s awesome!!!! Highly recommend coming to La flora and having Diego as your waiter!!!
