My room was kept clean and tidy all the time and your breakfast menu is excellent.

Located in front of the lake, the view is great, and the room condition is satisfactory. The bright smiles of the staff are also memorable.

最大的问题就是前台，尤其是女前台特别差，服务态度很差，

We stayed at this hotel in February. It could have been a relaxing stay but we were disappointed with the hot water that was barely warm, so we were unable to fill the bathtub. A lot of talks for it to be fixed. The minibar didn’t function properly. Everything inside was warm. They forgot to tell us about their deposit system when we arrived. So it was inconvenient to order food/drinks because we had to pay for each order right away instead of paying for everything at the end. For this price, the hotel should make sure that all facilities are 100% operational. On a better note, the breakfast had a wide range of foods and they were quite good.
