“L’hôtel est vraiment très agréable, avec un cadre magnifique et une atmosphère dans laquelle on se sent tout de suite bien. Je pensais à l’origine que c’était un adult only, même si ce n’est finalement pas le cas, mais l’ambiance reste très agréable et plutôt calme. Le restaurant de l’hôtel est également un vrai point fort : rien à redire, tout était très bon et le petit-déjeuner était sympathique et varié. Le personnel est très agréable, souriant et disponible. Les animations proposées sont aussi un petit plus, sans être trop envahissantes. Le seul véritable point négatif concerne le ménage. Pour un hôtel 5 étoiles de ce standing, je trouve que la prestation pourrait être nettement améliorée. Par exemple, le lit n’était pas toujours fait parfaitement et certains détails de propreté ne correspondaient pas vraiment au niveau de standing attendu. Au vu du prestige de l’établissement, on s’attend vraiment à ne rien avoir à redire sur ce point. À noter également : les taxes de séjour sont assez élevées, avec environ 15 € par jour, ce qui représente un budget supplémentaire à prendre en compte lors de la réservation. Malgré cela, j’ai passé un très bon séjour. C’est un hôtel où l’on se sent vraiment bien, avec un cadre superbe et une belle atmosphère.”See more reviews

“Το ξενοδοχείο ήταν πανέμορφο. Είχε εξαιρετική θέα αλλά όχι μόνο. Η εξυπηρέτηση ήταν εξαιρετικά και στην reception αλλά και στο restaurant haroupi του ξενοδοχείου. Ο αρχισερβιτορος δήμος τσεγκελης ήταν αυτός που μας έκανε μακράν την καλύτερη εξυπηρέτηση. Ήταν όλα τέλεια θα το ξανά προτιμήσουμε σίγουρα!!!”

“An Amazing Experience! The location, the views, and the people are absolutely amazing. The rooms are very comfortable, clean, and well maintained. Everyone working there seems genuinely happy and is always willing to help and make your stay as enjoyable as possible. But what really surprised us was the food. It’s something special and not something you often find in a hotel — honestly, it was some of the best food I have ever had at a hotel. A wonderful place with great people, beautiful views, and exceptional food. Highly recommended!”See more reviews

“Amazing new hotel in a quiet area of Crete. Room was huge and tastely decorated. Breakfast has a great selection of fresh fruit,pastries and cooked meals. Staff are very friendly and welcoming. The only downside is the service at dinner which can be slow ( were there for sushi night).There's only 2 restaurants in the hotel and the dinner buffet didn't seem very appealing at 40 euros per person so we didn't try it. Would 100% recommend staying here though if you're looking for somewhere calm with nice views and lovely sunsets.”See more reviews

“We had a wonderful time at this amazing new hotel in the beautiful area of Elounda. Super friendly staff at the poolside and restaurants with perfect food. Housekeeping was excellent everything was clean and we had a beautiful loft with amazing seaside view. Thank you all for an amazing time, very attentive reception staff (thank you Stavros and all your colleagues we don't know all the names, sorry). Last but not least a special thanks to Christos (and his lovely personnel) who gave us a truly unique (Greek) wine tasting experience during our diners and leading us through practically the whole wine list, we will never forget the Argyros Cuvee Gerontambelo!
