“We stayed at Melia Zanzibar and had a wonderful trip! The resort was stunning and the staff were amazing. Everyone was so friendly, welcoming and kind. From the ground men to security guards, buggie drivers, waiter and waitresses, management, and reception staff, nothing was too much trouble. We had our favourites of course, Lillian, Gideon, Cecelia and Adam always had a great big smile and cheery attitude. We stayed in room 57 which was beautiful and very well maintained. I would highly recommend this place for a visit!”

“Hotel increíble. Nos alojamos en la parte The Level, La cual recomiendo muchísimo ya que es un salto de calidad muy notable. La villa era preciosa, con servicio siempre que se necesitase, el cual venía muy rápido cuando tenías algún requerimiento. Los restaurantes priorizan la calidad, son todos a la carta (excepto el desayuno). Fuimos a probar también el buffet y nos pareció muy bueno. El servicio es excelente, siempre atentos, siempre saludan y te sientes bienvenido. El gimnasio muy bien equipado tratándose de gimnasio de hotel. Además hay actividades como yoga y circuito. El entrenador es top! La playa muy buena. Se notan las mareas, pero en 2-3h vuelve la playa a la normalidad. Tienen tours alrededor del hotel, gratis y que recomiendo mucho. Tienen todo pensado para el bienestar de los huéspedes. Hay un agradable paseo a lo largo del hotel de unos 2km de largo, además de transporte para llevarte al punto del hotel que necesites. The service is excellent, always attentive, always welcoming, and you feel very welcome. The gym is very well-equipped for a hotel gym. They also offer activities like yoga and a circuit training program. The trainer is fantastic! The beach is very nice. You can feel the tides, but the beach returns to normal in 2-3 hours. They offer free tours around the hotel, which I highly recommend. They've thought of everything for the well-being of their guests. There's a pleasant 2km promenade along the hotel grounds, and they also provide transportation to take you to any point within the hotel you need. It's clear that there are people behind the scenes constantly striving to improve. I definitely recommend it and we'll be back.”

“Everyone at this hotel is so friendly and helpful, you can't fault the service. The hotel is extremely well kept, clean and fresh. The rooms are well designed and are light and airy, with plenty of space. Nothing is too much for the staff here, they are here to help at every hour of the day. The general manager (Daniel) is also fabulous, he helped us out so much when we needed to contact our holiday agent while abroad but they only had Spanish speakers so he stepped in and handled the whole thing! Melia has really stood out to us and we'd definitely be looking for them in other locations. Thanks again to Daniel and the Melia team.”
