An absolutely wonderful stay! The hotel exceeded all expectations — beautiful rooms, spotless cleanliness, and a very relaxing atmosphere. Every detail was thoughtfully taken care of, from the comfort of the room to the quality of the services. It truly felt like a home away from home. A very special thanks to Mafalda, who made our stay unforgettable. She was incredibly warm, professional, and attentive, always going the extra mile to ensure everything was perfect. Her kindness, positive energy, and genuine care made a huge difference and truly elevated our experience. Highly recommended hotel, and I will definitely return again!

Veramente il top. Passato 3 notte in questo splendido hotel, in famiglia, nella suite. Servizio, personale, pulizia top. Coccolati dall’inizio alla fine. Buonissimo anche sia il bar che il ristorante. Stile stupendo e buone vibe. Posizione comoda.

I spent New Year’s at the Meliá, and the experience at the Arctic Bar Restaurant truly stood out. The service was exceptional, and a huge part of that was thanks to Gonçalo and Bruno. From the moment we arrived, they were warm, attentive, and genuinely passionate about what they do. Their professionalism, friendliness, and attention to detail made the entire evening feel special and effortless. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, always with a smile and a great attitude, even during such a busy New Year’s service. It’s rare to come across staff who elevate an experience this much. Gonçalo and Bruno are a real credit to the Meliá brand, and they absolutely deserve recognition and future opportunities. Because of them, the Arctic Bar Restaurant is a place I would happily return to and recommend without hesitation.
