What should I start with ? The service ? The rooms ? The staff ? EVERYTHING IS PERFECT . I usually travel to resorts in differents part of the world , but this Resort by Melia is ont of the best ever . We had a very nice experiences in différents restaurants , people always ready to help and they go BEYOND the expectations. All the staff is super special shout out to the People who cleans the room , excellent service too . From the managers to the regular pool guy everybody will try to help you . The concierge are super nice and will take care of all your Needs . Believe me if you want to have a good vacation , stress free this is the place to go ! In my professional role, I regularly produce events at 5-star US Resorts. The service and experience this past week at this resort not only met but EXCEEDED any 5-star US Resort in our recent experience. We selected this location due to a previous outstanding stay at a Melia Property in Cabo, and this property surpassed our high expectations. The resort is impeccably clean, modern, and offers a relaxing, spacious, and comfortable environment perfect for both couples and families. We thoroughly enjoyed the experience and amenities provided by The Reserve. Despite reading mixed reviews about the food, we encountered nothing but exceptional dining experiences throughout our stay. We ate literally everywhere on property. The additional benefits offered by The Reserve were highly enjoyable and well worth the cost of the upgrade. Several staff members made our experience truly memorable, relaxing, and everything we had hoped for: 1. **Julie - Personal Concierge**: From day one, Julie went above and beyond to ensure we had everything needed for an enjoyable and memorable stay. She exceeded our expectations, and we plan to request her services again on our return. 2. **Henan - Reserve Lounge Bartender**: Henan got to know us from day one and took excellent personal care of us throughout the week. His drink recommendations, especially after dinner, were fantastic. 3. **Wendy - Server at Sante**: Wendy greeted us each morning with a great smile, quickly learning our preferences, and providing excellent service and attention. 4. **Christopher - Pool Concierge**: Christopher ensured we had everything we needed at the Reserve Pool each day. His service was AMAZING. 5. **Alexia - Reserve Pool Bartender**: Like many of the staff, Alexia got to know us, greeted us daily, and consistently went above and beyond with her service. Her drinks were always very good! Don't be swayed by the occasional negative review. This resort is outstanding and comes highly recommended for families as well. While we enjoy quiet evenings, several of our new friends enjoyed the late-night activities, especially in the Sports Bar. The staff work exceptionally hard each day to keep the beach pristine. We leave feeling rested, refreshed, and with new friendships. We certainly intend to return to this beautiful property in the future and plan to bring friends with us next time.

Nice place at La Perla. Food is awesome in every restaurants. Italiano Capella was soooo good with italian comfort food. Gerardo is awesome and really helpfull and full attention with his customers. Thanks Gerardo

Stayed here on a family vacation for a week. We upgraded to the Nikte suite so the experience could be different without it. However for the price I would definitely recommend doing the upgrade. We got access to exclusive amenities, a concierge dedicated to us that we could message throughout the day who handled all of our dinner reservations and activities at the resort, free dinner at Sal, free excursion to the Cenote, and unlimited room service without the additional fee. I was able to book dinner reservations for half the trip 4 days before getting there and the concierge handled the rest when we got there. Additionally we received an amenities kit with a beach bag, sand toys, tons of little gifts for the kids on our first day and then every day they left little surprises for the kids which made them excited to come back to the room each day. In my opinion, it was well worth the upgrade for not having to stand in to fight for reservations as most people could get dinner reservations until 8:30/9 pm while we were able to get all at 6 or 6:30. The buffet at Naos was excellent and we thoroughly enjoyed every meal we had there. The only meal that we didn’t enjoy was at Capella, the Italian restaurant. Some of the cons, which are not many, was that we had to have maintenance come twice because the ac would freeze up and leak water all over the floor. They were very quick to come fix it but it was definitely a hazard because we slipped twice in it as you couldn’t see the water on the tile until you were in it. The second thing was the amount of seaweed on the beach. I cannot fault the hotel for this as this is out of their control and they tried to clean it daily but it did make trying to swim in the beach not as enjoyable. Lastly make sure to bring enough sunscreen, aloe, etc. We forgot our Aloe and had to buy it for $30 USD which is outrageous but since there aren’t many stores nearby we had to buy it but they definitely get you if you forget it. All in all it was a pleasant stay. The staff were amazing and attentive during our stay. We tried to tip everyone that assisted us and served us.

Pech at the pool site at Paradisus hotel in Playa Del Carmen very HELPFUL and was also able to answer our questions on adult drinks, He recommend the coconut with iced piñata colada and It was the best! He came to check on us every 20 mins! Thank you Pech! Valdez Family So, California.
