Lovely hotel, with very friendly staff

Je retire 2 étoiles pour 2 choses : La première, le mattela qui est beaucoup trop dur. J'ai mal dormi dedans. La deuxième, les desserts le soir qui sont très très industriels et qui ne donnent pas envie, aucun goût. Pour le reste, je n'ai rien à dire. Personnel très bienveillant et localisation parfaite.

Just got back from Las arenas benalmadema, the hotel is fabulous, very clean in all area's The staff are all exceptional, so welcoming, hard working always smiling Restaurant, meals are very good plenty of choice, always hit, first time in many years we have had evening meal every night in hotel, so much choice fabulous. Staff in restaurant all lovely Girls who do rooms are all great and do a great job Entertainment on night is very good, loved watching the other's rock and roll and everyone really had a good time Bar staff, well what can we say Fabulous so friendly and fun loving, all were great but a standout for us was Asier what a lovely friendly man, he is a credit to the hotel, Will we be back. In a heartbeat loved it Thank you all

We stayed at the las arenas on 7th April for 9 nights. Absolutely fabulous All the staff ie management ,reception,bar ,restaurant,cleaners etc are all fantastic. Very friendly and polite. Very clean hotel,lovely variety of foods something for every one. Wherever you are in the hotel you always get a warm welcome. We can't wait to come back Well done to all of you Ann Maria ,& Kevin
