Really great stay, I went last year when they had first opened and there was a few teething problems then which has now been ironed out. All the staff have been absolutely wonderful, from the guys that run the events, room attendants, bar and restaurant staff, they always have a smile on their face and will help you with anything you may need The food was great too, you'd think that a buffet would be meh and cold, but a majority of it was well seasoned and cooked infront of you make sure you get freshly cooked food, the variations of dishes was well rounded, I highly recommend doing the buffet on a Sunday of you enjoy fresh seafood as there, if you are looking for Spainish food, then I suggest checking out Kana by the pool for lunch or dinner as the menus change! Loved the room, I was eyeing the rooms on the 1st floor with the massive balcony and day beds the last time I visited, so naturally I stayed there this time, the size of the room was perfect, as a couple we didnt need the biggest room as most of our time would be outside, however we really did utilize the balcony space during sunrised and susets! All in all, it was an amazing vacation and I plan on visiting again!

Prima hotel voor een luie luxe vakantie! We zaten op de zevende verdieping (Reserve) met uitzicht op zee en hebben genoten van het heerlijke balkon. De kamer was ruim en goed ingericht met een gevulde minibar. Het eten in de restaurants is prima en het personeel bijzonder vriendelijk! Favoriete restaurants waren Peseta, Vibra en Ginger. Al met al hebben we genoten van een heerlijke vakantie!

Excelente comida. Todo incluido de buffet, alta calidad. La animacion del Teen club con Dario & co de 10. Los niños han salido encantados! Permiten a los adultos hacer actividades en pareja como ir al restaurante Peseta (carta no muy extensa, pero de calidad superior, 1 estrella Michelin) , o al Spa. Regalos en la habitacion. Por mejorar, que tuviera una habitacion de cortesia para ducharte el dia de la salida, ya que puedes disponer de las instaciones y del todo incluido hasta ultima hora. El servicio de recepcion, y todos los camareros y cocineros, de una amabilidad extraordinaria. Realmente.se desviven para que tengas una extancia fabulosa, y relajada.

Desde el primer momento en el que llegamos nos hemos sentido genial, la atención por parte de los trabajadores es espectacular. En especial Jaime siempre atendiéndote con una sonrisa por la mañana. La comida en general bastante buena, para ser un todo incluido tienes bastantes opciones a la carta. Limpieza y habitaciones geniales . La piscina genial con acceso directo a la playa. Lo único malo que podría destacar es que no puedes fumar en el recinto solamente en las habitaciones y en una zona específica, cosa que deberían de avisar porque nosotros y otros clientes nos encontramos con esto nada más llegar . Por lo demás , una semana magnífica

Un gran descubrimiento... la atención es fantástica, las habitaciones muy bonitas con unas vistas preciosas , que haya plancha de mano y secador y los hagan su función a la perfección , es de valorar... que haya cafetería y hervidor también un detalle. Sólo pongo un pequeño pero, y es que en el buffet hay cosas sin cartel y tienes que estar preguntando a los trabajadores, como por ejemplo las mermeladas del desayuno.... pero es un pero tan pequeño que por supuesto volvería una y mil veces
