I recently stayed at INNSiDE Praha Old Town and had a fantastic experience! The hotel's location is perfect, with easy access to the Old Town square, riverside and a vibrant neighborhood full of great dining and shopping options. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The common spaces are trendy and beautifully designed, creating a great atmosphere to relax or socialize. Our room was nicely renovated, featuring modern amenities and comfortable furnishings. I had arranged a birthday surprise for my father, and there was a minor issue with the arrangements, however Front Desk manager Clara dealt with it outstandingly and put things right. Overall, this hotel offers great value for money, nice facilities and what truly makes it stand out is their staff always friendly and welcoming. Real attention to detail. I highly recommend it for anyone visiting Prague!

Hemos pasado unos días muy buenos. El personal de cafetería, recepción y pisos de 10, todos muy profesionales y muy amables.

This hotel is at the edge of the old town, near lots of shops and restaurants. You'll get a warm welcome at the reception. Our room was right at the end of the hallway, so it was very quiet. Even with the window open, you couldn't hear much. Breakfast is wonderful and delicious. It has everything you'll expect. If I have make one minor observation, it's about the orange juice. The orange juice is a mix of water and orange sirop. That's not my thing. The hotel has also it's own parking. We didn't come by car, so we didn't use it. Maybe next time we'll come by car. There will definitely be a next time!
