Sol Oasis Marrakech

Nous revenons de 10 jours de vacances au Sol Oasis Marrakech et ce ne fut que du bonheur. Un hôtel très propre et le personnel au petit soin pour les clients. Les repas sont variés et en quantité plus que suffisante. Ce voyage nous a tellement plu que nous y retournons l'année prochaine.

Just got home from a 3 night stay at the Sol Oasis Marrakech. The staff are great, very friendly and helpful, always busy working hard to keep room's and hotel clean, making sure there is always food and drinks for guest's and that people are enjoying there stay. From the moment you enter you are greeted and made to feel welcome with a drink ( after some paper work). The hotel is located about 30-45 minutes away from the airport depending on the time you're on the road, you'll get to see some of the city on your way to the hotel. The staff mostly speak French but most speak English to a good stand probably better than a lot of British people do. We had a nice conversation with a me Female member of staff at lunch one day, she told us about the hotel and how she learnt French and English, asked us if we had been to the market/ square and recommended seeing it at night as it's very different. The hotel arranged transfer into the city and a tour guide for us, It was great to see parts of the city and learn it's history while feeling reassured by the guide. Definitely worth a visit however we did go on Friday so the market wasn't fully open, great if you want a less busy environment but if you want a full experience best go Monday to Friday. The room's where nicely decorated with air conditioning, TV, safe , fridge and enough socket outlets, the bathroom was clean with a walk in shower, countertop sink and free standing toilet. There was also bottles of water, shampoo/ shower gel, hand soap , towels,toilet paper and hair dryer. The pool was lovely, it's the same depth all over, best time's is early before midday or after 4 once the pool games are normally finished. Lots of sun beds but it is first come first served by placing towels or items on them which can be annoying when people are gone for hours not using them. There is plenty of other sitting up on the raised patio near the bar, expect to see lots of small birds and the odd cat wondering around and dogs out front of the hotel. Nothing to do with the hotel but allow plenty of time at the airport it's rather unorganized, we only just made the flight home and that's due to the staff at the airport allowing us to jump the qué as our flight was leaving with 10 minutes and we still hadn't made it to the front of the immigration/ customs line. It takes over 2 and a half hours easy. Same for entering you'll have a long wait. Overall we had a great short getaway for a 60th birthday surprise for my mum, my siblings and aunt all enjoyed our stay. Thank you to all the staff for making us feel welcomed, safe and relaxed, would definitely stay again.

Très bon hôtel, je recommande vivement! Les chambre sont impeccable, la nourriture est très bonne et variée, le personnel est très agréable, gentil, et serviable. Les animateurs sont aux top et les activités sont très variée. Nous avons de quoi s’occuper tout la journée cet hôtel convient à tout le monde

Quiero especialmente agradecer a Andrea, de Atención al cliente en la recepción, gracias por la amabilidad. Por ayudarnos en todo y esa simpatía. Andre habla Español y fue maravilloso que se acercara a nosotros y nos informara, mo teníamos ni idea del bus gratuito ni de las actividades gracias a ella nos pudimos organizar y disfrutar mejor la experiencia. Todos los hoteles deberian tener una Andrea. Por otro lado apuntar que nos encanto el area de juego para bebes en la recepción, fue ideal tener entretenimiento para los crios mientras de realiza el registro. Y como nota: estaria genial tener mas pastelería marroquí en las comidas. Las habitaciones son limpias y bonitas, con un pequeño balcón. la verdad que todo muy bonito y muy agradable el servicio.

Une équipe d animation extraordinaire, toute l équipe que ce soit du ménage à l accueil d une gentillesse unique , repas au top pour tous les goûts, parfait pour la famille avec enfants, on ne s ennuie pas. Soirées et spectacles au top , d une propreté exceptionnelle, chambres superbes , environnement parfait. Bref un séjour de rêve à partager en famille
