Reviews of Meliá Paris Champs Elysées

We enjoyed our stay at the Melia--had two rooms since we were a family of four. I appreciated the great service from all of the front desk personnel but I want to especially highlight Valerie--she was so attentive and just super pleasant to work with. Thanks to all the breakfast attendees--the food and service were great and housekeeping did a good job as well. The rooms were fine, a bit small but that's to be expected--the AC was working fine. The lifts were definitely small but they were working. The hotel is in easy walking distance from numerous cafes, restaurants, metro stop and pharmacies. The walk to Trocadero to see the Eiffel Tower is an easy one and not far at all. I would recommend the hotel provide an afternoon reception--maybe some wine, cheese and fruit for guests for a couple of hours. Overall nice stay at the Melia and we would stay here again but probably upgrade to premium rooms. Our stay was late May 2024.

Hotel boutique con mucho encanto!!Desde antes de la llegada con una carta y email personalizado de la Dirección del hotel,ya anticipan una experiencia al cliente formidable.Nos alojamos con nuestra hija, y lo tuvieron en cuenta a la hora de la asignación de la habitación la cual era muy espaciosa.Todos los recepcionistas muy amables.Sin duda cuando regresemos a Paris volveremos a alojarnos en este Hotel.
