직원들도 친절하고 객실 내 컨디션도 정말 좋았어요 조식도 맛있고 가족들과의 여행지로 좋은 곳입니다! Anna 직원 특히 친절하네요!

아이들과 첫 베트남 여행으로 찾은 푸꾸옥 멜리나 리조트 여행중에 아이의 생일을 맞게 되어 호텔에서 주문한 케이크와 함께 조촐한 생일 파티를 할수 있게 도와준 Lily 에게 고마움을 전합니다. 아쉬운 4박 5일의 일정이였지만 행복한 시간을 만들어준 멜리아리조트는 아이들에게 또 다른 추억을 만들수 있는 곳이였습니다. 친절한 직원들과 깨끗한 숙소 둘러볼수있는 많은곳들 이곳에서 즐길수 있는것들을 다 즐기지 못해 아쉬움이 남았어요

수영장도 넓어서 좋았고 직원분들이친절하셔서 좋은 여행이었다 Lily직원은 정말 친절했다

Our stay at Melia was incredible from start to finish, the perfect place for a relaxing and much needed holiday. We were picked up at the airport and driven to the resort, on the way our driver highlighted some must visit spots and we even stopped to get some fresh sugar cane juice, just what we needed after our flight. Upon check in to Melia we were greeted by Tracy with a bright smile and such a loving personality, Tracy always looked after us throughout our entire stay in whatever we needed. She’s a great asset to the front office team. We opted for the all inclusive package which is the perfect way to truly enjoy everything Melia has to offer, some of our highlights would be dining in Loki Loki (Japanese restaurant) and being looked after by Song, he gave us amazing service and an amazing insight into the resort. Another great experience was the Vietnamese coffee class at the sports bar, very educational and made us fall in love with the coffee even more. Breakfast is always an amazing way to start your day, an amazing selection and we would always be warmly greeted by the team. A true stand out would be Akshay, a true hospitality professional. Always checking in to see how we were and giving us recommendations on what to do. Overall our stay at Melia was amazing, from the rooms, food and amenities it was just what we needed. But most importantly you always walk away with how a place made you feel, the staff at Melia make you feel welcome and you are always looked after. Thank you and we look forward to visiting again.
