Für mich kein 4 Sterne-Hotel. Leider wurden wir nicht positiv von dem Hotel überrascht. Die Zimmer sind extrem hellhörig und generell nur oberflächlich gereinigt. Gefühlt schaut niemand genau in die Ecken. Das Abendessen haben wir nach dem ersten Tag storniert weil es wirklich nicht gut war und ebenso das Frühstück versuchen wir zu meiden. Es ist sehr auf den englischen Gaumen ausgelegt und Gemüse etc ist bisher nie frisch gewesen. Die Rooftop Bar ist super! Top Personal und super Getränke. Die Liegen am Strand kosten extra.

We are very torn over the assessment of the hotel. On the one hand, it has a nice interior with impressions of Boho Elements and clean white look. The view to the bay of San Antonio is great and you can see incredible sundowners on the rooftop. The size of the room is sufficient. On the other hand are a lot of f*** ups you have to experience day by day as a guest. 1st of all, as a Gold Member of Melia Rewards I am familiar with the services and different quality standards of Hotels of the Melia Group. Some Hotels e.g. Innside Frankfurt invest a lot of effort to make loyal customers happy. Innside Beach has no special mindset to make guests happy. Every employee feels more like „I have to do my job“. They are not common with English. Reserve of sunbeds are an enormous annoyance in fact that the hotel hast 20% sunbeds in relation to hotel beds. In Addition Bali Beds have to be extra paid. To sum this up - very less space in the Pool and Roof Area with overpropotional space for extra paid services feels like a rip-Off. Employees make different statements to topics, e.g. discount for Rewards Members and are not familiar with the Rewards Systems itself. We waited more than 30 Minutes to pay our bill @ Breeza Bar just to get the result, we have to pay at the reception. Tidiness and cleanliness is average - we found Items from the previous guest in the toilet. Last but not least. All Workers at the reception seems seem listless and bored - They rarely say hello back and often stand together in groups. When we checked out, we were not asked how satisfied we were. A problem from my point of view is the very different service levels between Innside hotels. In Germany it is common that you have a daily filled mini bar, bath rope and a welcome snack as a Rewards Status customer. This Innside do not provide any of this services. I have the expectation that all Innside has the same Offer and Approach. Across Countries. Overall, this hotel feels that one booking as a guest is not enough to cover costs. The sale of additional services seems to be mandatory and leads to restrictions in the quality and basic services such as the provision of sufficient pool loungers etc. Room 515

i thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. really cool hotel, cute rooftop bar, and EXCELLENT SERVICE. everyone from housekeeping to the front desk were delightful. as far any areas of improvements, the modern, cute showers constantly gets water on the floor. the buffet as part of the half board package was pretty good, i only wish they added soft drinks rather than nickle and diming you. heck, just add $10 into the nightly rate, and no one would be the wiser. there's a supermarket right across the street, which was super helpful. i would definetely stay again in one of the loft suites with the balcony. the hotel is also VERY pretty.

Super Hotel, alles tip top. Wunderschöne Aussicht vom Rooftop und Hotelzimmer auf die Bucht von Sant Antonio. Der Pool mit direktem Zugang zum Meer einfach perfekt. Sehr große Auswahl zum Frühstück. Gerne wieder
