Great hotel, located in the city center. Rooms are a bit tight, however the overall experience has been positive. There's also a rooftop bar at the 7th floor, which is definitely a go to for evening drinks and a private atmosphere.

IMPOSSIBLE de profiter de cette chambre avec Balcon et vue de toute la matinée car HOMME DEVANT l'UNIQUE fenêtre DES 8h du MATIN jusqu'à MIDI (heure du Check out). Aucun geste commercial n'a voulu être accordé par le responsable du desk !!! IMPOSSIBLE to be in the balcony or in front the UNIQUE window during ALL THE MORNING LONG, and NO REDUCTION in the check out of that 1 day reservation !!! We should go in another hotel amoung the several others in this area of Madrid !
