Excellent hotel! We had a very good time! The service is very professional but friendly. The food was slightly too much salt but overall good.

Myself, my husband and my 7 month old just had our first stay at the Melià and it was such a good holiday! We had the all inclusive package, which I would definitely recommend getting. I read a lot of reviews complaining about the rooms. Yes, the room did have a damp smell to it but that’s what you get when you are staying in a humid environment, it really wasn’t that noticeable. The rooms had great air conditioning and were a good size. The sheer size of the resort and numerous restaurants/bars was fantastic. The service around the pool was great too, sometimes it would take a little longer but there were so many guests I could see why. The staff were fantastic! Always smiling and happy to help. We will 100% be returning to the melià for another holiday. Everything was so easy from the airport pick-up to booking dinner/spa treatments. I’d recommend this place to everyone.

An amazing resort, all the activities provided are excellent. Kevin who ran the tours was fun and friendly. All the staff are amazing. The inclusive package is a must, it’s very very generous for what you pay for. Great place for kids but could use with more adult only spaces. Some other things to improve on would be smart tvs or movie access, robes in the rooms and including some of the beautiful flowers that have fallen from the trees in each room. The sunset Uluwatu should be changed, with traffic it’s 3 hour round trip with only an hour at the temple which was full of crowds and aggressive monkeys, after sunset it’s a dark and dangerous walk back to the carpark with most patrons not wearing glasses (due to the monkeys)

We recently stayed at the hotel and our child absolutely loved the kids' club program. It took him a day to get settled, but that's to be expected as they get accustomed to the new environment. This program allowed us to enjoy some time at the gym while knowing our little one was in good hands. The campfire marshmallow roast by the beach was clearly the highlight for our child. He also made friends and enjoyed activities like duck feeding, playing with the Play-Doh press machine, and movie nights. We would highly recommend this kids' club. The team of Maria, Acik, Angel, and Sasih were really lovely and reliable. They were great with the kids and made the experience truly enjoyable.

Resort was amazing! Kids loved it. Restaurants were awesome with exceptional foods. Kids club was also great! Our daughter loved hanging out with Resi, Angel and the rest of the other ladies. We will definitely be back!!!
