Desde primer momento hemos sido muy bien acogidos por el Hotel. Como todavía estaban preparando la habitación ( llegamos muy pronto) ,Yeray nos enseñó todas las instalaciones. Es una persona encantadora! Se preocupó por nosotros, nos contó que podríamos ver en la isla y nos regaló entrada para ver MIRADOR DEL RIO y JARDÍN DEL CACTUS. Atento en todo momento. Estamos muy agradecidos por el trato cercano de este verdadero profesional. El hotel es maravilloso con un piscina impresionante, con un jardín dentro del hall. El Hotel cuenta con 4 restaurantes con todo incluido. Un chiringuito con djs, tiendas de ropa y bisutería, gimnasio, spa.. etc . Lo recomiendo totalmente. Y nosotros volveremos seguramente!

Espectaculares vacaciones en Paradisus Salinas. El hotel perfectamente ubicado en Lanzarote, cercano al aeropuerto y a los distintos puntos de interés, te permite impregnarte de la esencia de la isla ya que se le puede caracterizar como Hotel/ Museo diseñado por el artista César Manrique. Todas sus instalaciones, jardines colgantes, piscinas, habitaciones y su amplia oferta gastronómica te consiguen atrapar de forma que no quieres que las vacaciones terminen nunca ya que cada día en el hotel es completamente distinto. Sin embargo para nosotros sin duda ha sido el trato inmejorable de todo el personal del hotel el que nos ha hecho sentir únicos. Desde nuestra llegada al hotel donde Laura y Estefania nos recibieron y nos hicieron un check-in maravilloso y Verónica nos acompañó a la habitación mostrandonos previamente las instalaciones y contandonos curiosidades del hotel y la isla, la cual también durante la estancia también se preocupaba de nuestro disfrute, al igual que Laura que ha sido con la recepcionista que más hemos coincidido y siempre se ha interesado por nuestro bienestar. Desayunar en la zona The Reserve es una experiencia única, con las vistas a las piscinas y el increíble trato de Mafalda que nos atendió durante todas las vacaciones y nos hacía sentir como en casa, al igual que Laura, Elisabeth y Yassine en el mismo restaurante. Nuestras cenas y almuerzos en Capella, La Graciosa y Malva también han sido sensacionales y todos sus grandes profesionales nos han mimado en cada momento, Ana F&B manager, Marcos el maître, que nos aconsejaba maravillosamente en todos los restaurantes, Ylenia (en el próximo viaje seguimos practicando para mejorar mi italiano), Antonio en la cena de menú degustacion y otros muchísimos compañeros. " Last but not least" nuesto enorme agradecimiento a Fabien y a Salva por todo vuesto cariño y cudidado desde antes, durante y tras la estancia en este oasis cultural y vacacional. Es el hotel perfecto para disfrutar de una experiencia todo incluido. Desde luego, para repetir. Trato, calidad del servicio y sus profesionales, variedad de restaurantes, etc.

Beautiful, clean resort with wonderful food and service! We had upgraded so had access to the Reserve pool and bar. The bartenders were fun to watch as they made your drinks because it was like watching an artist create but for cocktails! The beach bar DJ and live music in the evening were great and totally enjoyed by my family. And finally a huge thank you to Raquel and Armando who lead the workouts and yoga. They were amazing and made sure that me and my daughters stayed on our game the whole time!

An Oasis of Luxury 5* Paradise within Paradisus by Melia Salinas, Lanzarote. Nestled along the pristine golden sand shores of Costa Teguise, Lanzarote, Paradisus by Meliá Salinas offers an unparalleled escape into serenity and sophistication. My wife and I recently indulged in a 10 night retreat at this adults-only 5* haven, and suffice it to say, we were utterly enchanted from the moment we stepped foot onto the property. Upon arrival at the Paradisus by Melia Salinas, we were greeted by warm and attentive staff whose hospitality knew no bounds. My first impressions was that the hotel is spotlessly clean. Our bags were collected from the car and delivered directly to our room while we were introduced to Chandni and Mark and taken to The Reserve seating area and offered a glass of Champagne. The check-in process was seamless and the personalized attention throughout our stay exuded genuine warmth and professionalism. It is very hard to describe the open greening area in the heart of the hotel – it is simply stunning and needs to be seen to be appreciated fully. The accommodation at the Paradisus is nothing short of sublime. We had a Reserve Ocean Front Junior Suite with Whirlpool and the room boasted stunning sea views and also overlooking the fantastic Cesar Manrique swimming pool (one of two great sized pools at the hotel). The room was sophisticated and elegantly appointed with modern amenities and luxurious touches. Walk-in wardrobe, walk-in shower, 3 basins, separated toilet and bidet room and a massive double bath. The room also boasted a double balcony with whirlpool spa bath, double patio doors, full working air conditioning, seating and dinning area as well as a super king sized bed. All of which provided a haven of comfort and tranquility. The attention to detail was impeccable and the Service Team who clean the rooms were excellent and professional and always able to ensure the room was cleaned (morning or afternoon depending on our needs) and the fridge was constantly stocked up on a daily basis or at request. One of the highlights of our stay was undoubtedly the culinary experience. With a diverse array of dining options including 4 restaurant experiences and 3 pool bars as well as the 24 hour Ginger Bar. Each meal was a culinary journey that delighted the senses. Our favorite area for lunching was The Reserve Pool bar. The chefs were excellent and prepared the fresh food to order. The experience was made so amazing by the excellent and attentive staffing teams which included Noemi, Delgado, Yovana Zoubair and Juan. The bar was extensive offering a full range of branded drinks alongside local brands and not forgetting the cocktails! All of which were complementary of the all-inclusive booking. Beyond the gastronomic delights, Paradisus by Melia Salinas offers an abundance of relaxing leisure activities to suit every preference. We spent most of our time poolside but I also liked to use the gym with sea views! During our stay we went on the wine tasting experience at El Griffo Vineyard organised by the staff and exclusive to hotel guests. The hotel has its own beach bar with live DJ and again the staff are fantastic and attentive and you can look at the beautiful sea views while listening to more upbeat music, soaking up the afternoon sun. There was never a dull moment during our stay and everything was wonderful and perfect! What truly sets Paradisus by Melia Salinas apart, is the impeccable service and attention to guest satisfaction. The staff went above and beyond with intuitive grace to ensure that every aspect of our stay exceeded expectations . In summary, Paradisus by Meliá Salinas was nothing short of extraordinary.
