“What a shame. A hotel with huge potential, but poorly managed. They cut corners and use the cheapest materials. The AC wasn’t working, and the first room was extremely hot. The fridge in the first room didn’t work either. There was a strong sewage smell in the room, and they seemed used to it (I later saw in reviews that previous guests had experienced the same issue). Their conflict resolution was poor, and they were very slow to take action. They didn’t want to reimburse us—we were even ready to leave in the middle of the night. However, the next morning they upgraded us to a much nicer room for free, which we appreciated. Unfortunately, there were blood stains on the pillowcase (and this had also been mentioned in other reviews). All in all, I highly doubt we’ll be back”

“J’y ai séjourné avec ma grand-mère, pour qui c’était une grande première : premier vol, premier séjour à l’hôtel… Une expérience importante pour nous deux. Avant notre arrivée, j’avais demandé par email l’ajout d’une demi-pension, ce qui a été accepté. On nous a proposé uniquement les dîners, alors que ma grand-mère préfère manger le midi. J’ai accepté, mais j’ai été surprise en découvrant sur place qu’il ne s’agissait pas d’un buffet mais d’un restaurant à la carte. Les plats étaient bons, mais le choix reste limité, surtout pour les personnes un peu difficiles. Le service du soir nous a malheureusement déçues : - Premier soir : erreur dans notre commande. - Deuxième soir : service très lent (arrivées à 21h, servies à 21h45 pour un simple plat). Nous avons donc demandé à ne plus dîner le soir et avons appris à ce moment-là qu’un déjeuner était finalement possible… ce qui nous aurait mieux convenu dès le départ. Le déjeuner testé le dimanche était d’ailleurs plus varié que le dîner! Petit point négatif également : devoir payer un supplément (ex : +18€ pour un burger) alors que l’on est déjà en demi-pension. Le petit-déjeuner buffet est bon, avec des produits frais, mais reste assez classique pour un hôtel 4 étoiles. Concernant la chambre : spacieuse, agréable, avec vue sur le port 👍 En revanche, ma demande d’avoir une chambre proche de l’ascenseur (ma grand-mère ayant des difficultés à marcher) n’a pas été respectée : nous étions au bout du couloir. Autre point : malgré une demande anticipée, impossible d’obtenir la chambre plus tôt. Arrivées à 9h30, nous avons dû attendre jusqu’à 15h (au lieu de 16h initialement prévu, donc légèrement mieux, mais pas anticipé comme espéré). Le personnel à la réception est aimable et serviable. En revanche, l’accueil au restaurant et au bar est parfois moins chaleureux. Points positifs : ✔ Très bonne localisation, proche de la plage et tout est facilement accessible à pied ✔ Chambre confortable et spacieuse ✔ Bon petit-déjeuner ✔ Super salle de sport Points à améliorer : ❌ Organisation de la demi-pension (manque de clarté et flexibilité) ❌ Service du soir lent et parfois approximatif ❌ Certaines demandes non respectées ❌ Rapport qualité/prix perfectible (spa en supplément, options payantes) En résumé, nous avons passé un bon séjour et ma grand-mère en garde un beau souvenir, ce qui reste le plus important. Cependant, ayant séjourné dans plusieurs hôtels 4 étoiles, ce n’est pas celui que je recommanderais en priorité.”

The staff are some of the friendliest staff I’ve experienced, they’re so attentive and speak really good English which was a help for us. The spa circuit is so worth it, there are several saunas, steam rooms and a cold plunge pool. The gym is very big and has lots of cardio and resistant training equipment. The breakfast buffet was delicious, the sun rise was at 7:20am, so we managed to see it on our last day. It was beautiful in the bar and breakfast area with the glass overlooking the sea and sun rise. The only way the breakfast could be better is if they made barista coffees to order, which you can pay for at the bar. The rooms are so spacious and the showers are brilliant. The balcony room overlooking the sea is gorgeous. When the aircon was working the room was so comfortable to sleep in. Unfortunately our last two nights the aircon didn’t work properly and it got really warm. Even with the balcony door open. The hotel is located in a lovely part of the harbour, next to great restaurants and bars. You can walk to so many restaurants in the city within 15 mins. I would definitely come back and recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Alicante.”
