服务人员非常热情，非常适合亲子游，有kids club.kids swimming pool.孩子玩的很开心，儿童俱乐部里的Eric非常热情，一直陪孩子玩，唯一不足房间有点小，而且卫生打扫可以再完善一点，房间里个别地方打扫不行有毛发，希望改善

We celebrated our engagement with a trip to Thailand that included Bangkok, Chiang Mai and Pattaya. I booked the room through our American Express Travel since they tend to offer top hotels with the best service. The Melia Pattaya is a solid four star hotel. The staff is impeccable, particularly with Level rooms and service, but overall the experience you will have an incredible stay in Pattaya. Centrally located from Terminal 21 for shopping to the Night Markets and a cart ride to Lay Beach Club to the beach boardwalk, you are exactly where you want to be! Central to everything without all the chaos and noise of the high energy and party vibes. The hotel is relatively new and walking into the lobby area is so relaxing with views of the pool beckoning you to come relax and stay awhile. Javier, the General Manager, runs this spectacular hotel and has recruited and staffed top notch customer delighters. From Dada at checkin to Ekkie at breakfast and most unforgettably George checking in with our day and stay throughout our week long stay. They know how to anticipate your needs as well as address anything you need from a car service back to BKK to getting reservations to the Upper Level 27 dining to a cabana at the Lay Beach Club (you also get a discount being a Melia guest). As mentioned, I highly recommend getting a Level Suite if you can because it is worth being spoiled! First off you get priority check-in on the second level along with a late check out. We got the Level One Bedroom Ocean View and it did not disappoint. The spaciousness of the room felt like we had our private condo. Plenty of storage and closet space, the only small area was the one sink with an ill-placed vanity mirror. Outfitted with a large daybed in the master as well as a gigantic daybed in the living room, the calming colors and vibe made me almost not want to leave the room. The services provided to Level guests include made to order breakfast in a private dining area, access to Snack Hour from 12-5 in the Level Lounge and then Cocktail Hour from 530-7pm on the Upper Lounge. Breakfast is probably where I spent most of my time eating both Thai and English style breakfast times..still dreaming of that wonton soup and the breakfast dimsum. Dining at the restaurant there is probably one of my favorite dimsum and cocktail experiences! The exceptional sunset view also are not to be missed. The reason I did not provide five stars is that there were some areas that needed improvement. We experienced some hiccups after a long day of travel; they kept asking to copy my fiance's passport to the point of exasperation. To me, it's the little things. Leaving bath salts with the loofah shows me you pay attention that guests may need relief from the humidity or walking all day. I do appreciate the toiletries to keep me fresh and my day more enjoyable. On days of exhaustion, we left our room late and our housekeeper made it back only once to clean or tidy the room. I am big about room service and turn down service. Thank YOU for all the water bottles during this crazy heat wave you had in March. At the price of Level suites, let's be honest and say the refreshments should be complimentary... I guess you can always indulge in the snack and cocktail hour. I do highly recommend Melia and would return for my next visit if we haven't purchased our condo by then. I would be delighted to see the happy faces of the staff and enjoy another indulgent vacation stay!

We stayed in Melia for a couple of days for our little getaway from Bangkok, it was perfect in any way. Javier and his team made us feel very welcome on arrival and made sure our stay was amazing. We've tried every restaurant, and can recommend all of them! The customer service is top tier and every need we had with our new born was met with a smile! we will be back for sure!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding Service – Special Thanks to Lin! I had a wonderful experience staying at Meliá Pattaya Hotel. The hotel itself is excellent — the premises are beautiful, well-maintained, and give a very premium feel. The swimming pool area is great and very relaxing, and the food quality is also very good with a great variety of options. However, what truly made my stay exceptional was the service — especially one staff member named Lin. Lin is an outstanding individual. He speaks excellent English, is very confident, and knows exactly how to communicate with international guests. His attitude is extremely professional, friendly, and attentive. He goes above and beyond to ensure guests are comfortable and satisfied, which really enhances the overall hotel experience. Honestly, Lin is a big asset to the hotel. The management should seriously consider promoting him, possibly to the reception or another guest-facing department. With his communication skills and confidence, he would be perfect in a more prominent role, especially for international guests — people from all over the world would absolutely appreciate his service. Overall, everything about the hotel is great, it truly make it memorable. Highly recommended, and I will definitely visit again!
