Paradisus La Perla Adults Only is one of my favorite places to visit. I book as Reserve and have had amazing concierge services from Eduardo and Erick. They treat us with respect and take all of our vacations to the next level. The rooms are well maintained and always with working AC (super important as it is so hot outside). The restaurants always have the best dishes and the servers constantly check to ensure you are happy with your food and service. I am already planning my next visit!

Lemon fish restaurant. Waiters: Alex, Miguel & Misael The #1 fact that we switched a different reservation to come back to this restaurant speaks so much! The food is delicious, the wait staff is amazing, friendly, and such a joy! This is a place we come every year with the same restaurant in mind! Thank you gentleman for a wonderful experience 2 nights in a row!

My husband Carlos and I had dinner at Lemon Fish with the recommendation from our concierge Juan Antonio who has made this vacation absolutely effortless and fabulous. Tonight’s dinner was fantastic. It was our Anniversary and the wait staff Alex, Misaely and Miguel just made it so memorable. Alex picked the perfect wine to go with the steak and shrimp and lobster. From the appetizers to the desserts, I could not have had better choices. Alex went above and beyond tonight to make our evening extra special. Thank you Paradisus and this fab team at Lemon Fish. We will definitely come back again !!

Beautiful resort, the incorporation of nature into the hotel is stunning. Tried 4 of the restaurants, loved the food, full premium a la carte experience. Pool side is great fun, plenty of activities all day, DJ, dancing, mechanical bull. Daniel aka ‘the chocolate boy’ on the activities team keeps the atmosphere going with great personality, special thanks to him!

My husband and I arrived at Paradisus La Perla on Monday May 6, 2024 and stayed for six days. We were greeted by the most friendly staff/personnel named Alfonso Aviles. He was our main contact for entire stay. He did an incredible job. Our last night, he surprised us by filling our jet tub on our private deck with bubbles and flower petals. There was a bottle of wine waiting too!! It was so touching. Overall, the facility was absolutely beautiful and clean . The rooms were meticulous, and I’m a very fussy person, so to say that it says a lot about the facility. They take pride their work. The food was outstanding, and the variety and choices were endless. We upgraded to the “Reserved” package which allowed us to dine in certain restaurants. Our favorite breakfast and lunch spot was called Sante and that was where we met Renau. He was just an awesome individual and spoke very good English and explained everything to us along with making recommendations. He was spot on. We also ate at a reserve restaurant called Lemon Fish to celebrate my husband‘s birthday, our waitress was Eduviges and she was simply fabulous. She made us feel very Very special! I have been coming to Mexico for years and I would have to say this is our #1 resort. I highly recommend it. We will be traveling back there in September. I must mention Henry!! Henry was our waiter at the reserve pool and he was so funny and very attentive. My only slight disappointment was the adult reserve swimming pool was always packed and the sunscreen layered the bottom of the pool, which made it slick. The team should have cleaned it twice a day .otherwise it was immaculate.
