Todo impecable, pero lo que verdaderamente marca la diferencia es la GENTILEZA y el trato cálido de todo el personal, tanto en la recepción como en la zona de desayuno. La ubicación es inmejorable, el estado de la habitación perfecto, pero la amabilidad y la educación del equipo de este hotel son lo que verdaderamente marca la diferencia. Muchas gracias !

Es un hotel realmente recomendable. La amabilidad del personal es absolutamente destacable y poco frecuente. Marina, Aider, Julia. Permanente atentas a ayudarnos a aprovechar los tiempos, conseguir tickets a último momento. Damián de recepción, también siempre atento. De algunos del equipo no recordamos los nombres. Mowkert y Ramiro del FyB Team, geniales. Desayuno exquisito y completisimo! Todo el personal fue encantador. No dudo en volver cuando regrese a París, y recomendarlo. Visitamos otras dos capitales Europeas. Similares categorías de hoteles, pero Meliá Vendome París, sin duda el mejor.

During our one week stay, we enjoyed each morning with breakfast downstairs. The assortment of choices available were all deliciously prepared. Maikert and Alexander were friendly and of great help during our breakfasts. The location of the hotel is wonderfully centered in town. Many attractions are close in this walkable part of town. We had a great time!

Hotel is in Central Paris, near shopping, food, Louvre etc. Be aware of coming prior, during or post Olympics, the city has closed a few stops near the underground exits(Concorde) so you will have to walk a stop or to further to access public transportation. Room was spacious enough for us, bed was comfortable. Hotel staff was warm and welcoming, always asking us if we needed anything, food was great, Henry was great informative and a pleasure to talk to. Thank you for your hospitality Henry, and shout out to Emilio for always greeting us with a smile.
