Our first room had a leak in the tub, which affected the room below us. First room was small and the bathroom was tight. They moved us to another room, which as small as well but had a balcony! I also had asked for help from one of the desk staff when k realized I booked a stadium tour for the wrong day, and she was not helpful at all. Thankfully I have a friend in Spain who helped me make the call I needed in order to change my tickets. A phone call that took 2, maybe 3 minutes…

Es lo que es... Es un tres estrellas céntrico, muy caro para lo que son las instalaciones, con ventanas que dejan pasar el escándalo de afuera, que en las madrugadas incluye todos los trabajos del mercado de abajo, colchones muy malos lo mismo que las almohadas, pero claro: está en pleno centro, cerca de todo. Personal muy amable y habitaciones incómodas pero muy limpias.
