Meliá Lisboa Oriente

This is an excellent place to stay in Lisbon. Close to the mall and shopping center. Walking distance from train station and close to the airport. The staff and service is world class. They went over and above board. The morning breakfast has a time slot, but the food is amazing. Highly recommended.

I recently stayed at the Meliá Oriente Hotel in Lisbon, and the experience was remarkable for me and my sisters. Customer Service and Staff: The customer service was excellent—the staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always eager to assist. There was no language barrier, which made communication smooth and stress-free. A special mention goes to the team for their exceptional support for my sister, who has mobility challenges. They provided a wheelchair for her, which was a lifesaver. However, it could be improved in terms of comfort for extended use. Accessibility: The hotel’s focus on accessibility is truly impressive. From the ease of moving around the premises to the availability of accessible amenities, it’s clear that they prioritize making their facilities inclusive. The room doors are wide and beds are high. The bathroom has a walk in showers. Amenities and Food: The amenities were modern and met all our needs. The breakfast spread was diverse, delicious, and well-prepared, with a wide variety of options, including excellent beverages. It catered to different tastes and dietary preferences. Location: The hotel’s prime location is a huge bonus, with close proximity to key attractions, transportation options, and dining spots. Whether you're visiting Lisbon for leisure or business, this is a great base to explore the city. Suggestions for Improvement: While the staff's thoughtfulness in providing a wheelchair was commendable, upgrading to more comfortable mobility aids would make a big difference for guests with disabilities. Overall Rating: This hotel is an excellent choice for its top-notch customer service, accessibility, great food, and unbeatable location. I highly recommend it for anyone visiting Lisbon!

I arrived very early and to guarantee my room check in early I paid an extra day but it was worth it. As I arrived I was greeted by the staff with a smile and it was like this throughout my stay. The room was clean and super nice. The location is beyond superb. You walk to the shopping center, to the station and to business places . The best. Thank you for providing a great stay.

Adorei a curta estadia que fiz no Meliá Lisboa Oriente. Quartos bastante confortáveis. Pequeno-almoço soberbo. Com disponibilidade de estacionamento, embora pago à parte, mas adequado. Próximo de muitos pontos de interesse.
