One of the best hotels I've stayed in Rooms basically on the beach. Nightlife beside you.. I can honestly say. Every staff member I saw had smiles on they're faces for the guest... Definitely recommend this hotel

spent a great night in Benidorm in this hotel

Una vez mas, como cada año, queremos dar las gracias al equipo del hotel que nos hace estar como en casa. Gracias al equipo de recepcion, Raquel, Joan, Bea… restaurante, especialmente a Carolina por cuidarnos. Bar: a nuestros chicos de siempre Rafa, Osti, Ramon… y por supuesto Raul! La localización, es indudable que es privilegiada, pero sois vosotros quienes nos hacéis querer volver. Gracias por cuidar de mis Padres! Espero no haberme olvidado de nadie. Nos vemos pronto!!!

This is the best hotel l have stayed in,in Benidorm,l have stayed in many since over 50 yes.The facilities and Staff are excellent.The hotel is very relaxed and in a great position. On my recent visit,my husband walked out of the hotel on his own,he suffers with Dementia,the reception could not have been more helpful.Beatrix in particular went out of her way to help notifying police and phoning for a taxi to take me to the police station.Pleased to say he was found 8 hrs later having walked over five miles to
