I would have ranked this 5+ if not being charged 80 euros for late checkout while they’ve said it’s only 20 euros

A comfortable hotel in the centre of Madrid. Large rooms with nice beds, big showers and free minibars (soft drinks only). The rooms were a bit noisy due to the central location and adjusting the room temperature was difficult. Breakfast was excellent and included in the price. The reception (bar and restaurant) is on the 7th floor which is an odd layout but driven by the limited space at ground level. It means you have to get the lift up to check in and out. There’s a rooftop gets very which must be nice in the summer

Buen hotel céntrico y a precio razonable

The staff is all incredible. But if you are lucky enough to get Clari at the restaurant/Bar your are going to be even happier than before. Thank you to ALL specially Clari you made it more magical. We will definitely be back♥️😎

On m'a demandé mon numéro de carte bancaire alors que j'avais préalablement payé mon séjour. Pas moyen de faire entendre raison à la réceptionniste.
