Great resort, fantastic selection of food and drinks. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Special shout out to Mr Big at the Luna pool, fantastic guy and could not do enough to please us, also Mr Pon in Gaia bar. Spa massage was fantastic and being August the resort was quieter which created a very relaxing mood. Rooms are great and daily service which is a luxury.Highly recommend,

We had a great stay at this hotel which is close to Phuket airport. We booked a one bedroom suite with an outdoor bathtub. Though we had informed the hotel about a special occasion, This was not recognized upon check in but later in the day. The hotel food in the restaurant was really good and we enjoyed a few good lunches and dinners there. The breakfast was not so great. There are two pools , both of which are great and depending what time of day you go not crowded. The melia loyalty status was not recognised upon Check-in or at any other point during this stay which is a shame. Check in was not friendly and Check out was slower than it needed to be. There was also some confusion about an anniversary set up in our room. We did see some of the best sunsets of our trip from Mai Khao beach. The Bedroom suite was great and spacious.

酒店內拍照是很漂亮，Kids Club內員工服務最好，值得一讚！前台服務員英語不太好，需改善。酒店餐廳有冷氣的地方太少，早餐多人時需於戶外享用。另外房間空間、泳池區很小及被鋪內發現有大範圍的污跡，房間泳池區亦非常多蚊子，蚊香及蚊怕水易沒辦法解決！Room services 例如取毛巾、水及住第二天外出時安排房間清潔亦未能及時做到，回來時需再致電安排，另外之前一星期電郵至酒店說明慶祝結婚10周年紀念，電郵有回覆感謝入住等，但是入住時任何房內裝飾/ 小禮物/ 祝福卡亦沒有酒店服務上有待改善。 對比之後入住另一間酒店，房內有花瓣佈置，送蛋糕、紅酒及免費mini bar享用，酒店有app 可book buggy 及room services，主動清潔房間及提供多一套毛巾，對比下服務相差很遠了。

Allego foto per dimostrare il nostro soggiorno in questa struttura. Stanze molto moderne, pulite e ampie. Servizio ristorante veramente ottimo, cameriere educatissime, molto cordiali e disponibili. Complimenti veramente di cuore per lo splendido lavoro ed educazione di Nong che durante il nostro soggiorno è stata sempre attenta a qualsiasi nostro desiderio. Mare non balneabile a causa di onde veramente alte ma piscina degna di nota. Tasto dolente la reception,restie nel risolvere i problemi. Dal momento che pur avendo ricevuto la mail inviata da me che confermava l’arrivo in struttura per le 10, chiedendo la possibilità di usufruire della camera un ora prima, non abbiamo trovato da parte di Fon la disponibilità nel risolvere il nostro problema. Ci ha comunicato che la stanza sarebbe stata pronta per le 11:00 massimo 11:15, alle 11:20 ci ha informato che la stanza aveva un problema tecnico e che dovevamo aspettare fino alle 14, unica soluzione pagare di più ed effettuare un upgrade ad una stanza superiore per 56 dollari a notte. Ma la cosa più assurda che la stessa situazione si è ripetuta con altri ospiti qualche giorno dopo con noi testimoni oculari. Deduco quindi che sia una situazione che si ripete molto spesso. .Sono membro e cliente Melia dal 1996
