Non so 5 anche se e un hotel 5 stelle lusso con camere da 700 euro a notte perché almeno nella mia stanza al 3 Piano ho sofferto rumori provenienti dalla strada come il tram sia nella tarda sera che la mattina molto presto che mi hanno svegliato Colleghi Hanno lamentato anche tremori dovuti dalla stesso motivo Camere molto belle e ben arredate Molto gradito il biglietto di benvenuto Personalizzato con il dolce sul tavolino davanti il divano Gradita la scatola con i cremini sul comodino Molto apprezzata la green packaging dei prodotti monouso Ottime le pantofole sullo scendiletto Bagno con doccia molto grande e servizi separati Poco pratiche le salviette da viso e bagno sullo stesso porta asciugamani Scomodo l unico l ascensore per salire alla reception e alla sala colazione (la mattina troppo traffico) Personale dell accoglienza molto gentile preparato e attento Personale del piano colazione troppo presente con menu a pagamento No gradito il non compreso nella colazione delle uova strapazzate (A PAGAMENTO 16 EURO) Gradita la tassa di soggiorno nel prezzo della camera (che andrebbe cmq comunicata) per non tornare al 5 piano per pagarla

I had a fantastic stay at the hotel, the location is probably the best in Milan. The staff is remarkable and very helpful. Special thanks to Jessica and Daniele for the great help !

We stayed 3nights Friday, Saturday, Sunday in a Premier Interconnecting 2Bedroom on the 3rd Floor. I would give 6 stars if I could. Linens, towels, bathrobe and slippers. Steamer, hair straightener! So very accommodating in every way. We got into our room early but waited on the terrace for it to be ready. All I can say is this hotel is one of the best I have ever stayed in. We arrived to wonderful staff who were friendly and accommodating from Assan at the front desk and Alessi and too many names to mention amongst the other staff as they were all amazing. We arrived and went for lunch at Sophia Loren Pizzaeria around the corner. We then used the Water Circuit which is divine. Beautiful Aesop product, gorgeous steam, sauna and pool all included in our stay. We had dinner the first night in Isola Restaurant . The food was delicious and the view from the terrace of the city and particularly the Duomo was breathtaking. Heaters outside in October kept us comfortable. The Breakfast -5star. On the last day we went to the Cockatil Bar /restaurant. Truly and experience. With the chandeliers and a bottle of Rose with a lobster roll. I cannot say enough about this hotel, the staff and the experience. The Location is right in the middle of everything. We walked to La Brera District and were around the corner from the Duomo and La Scala. It was all so beautiful. Love from 3 friends celebrating a friend’s milestone birthday. We will see you again. ❤️

Un hotel espectacular. Quedamos realmente encantados. La atención del personal es muy buena, desde los botones, a recepcionistas y camareros. La habitación era muy amplia y limpia. La cama, muy cómoda. Todo nuevo, recién reformado. El desayuno muy rico y de calidad. Muy variado. El gimnasio es pequeño pero equipado con buena maquinaria y tecnología. Cerca de todo, justo al lado del Duomo. Lo único negativo, es que si eres sensible al dormir, puede molestarte un poco el ruido del metro. Retumba un poco en las habitaciones.
