He ido por trabajo. Está alejado del centro, pero pegado a Hyde park y al museo de historia natural. Es caro, pero se gana las 4 estrellas del hotel (buen servicio, todo lo necesario en la habitación, buen desayuno, gimnasio y una decoración muy cuidada)

Excellent service and beautiful rooms just smaller than expected even with a mini suite! We loved our stay the staff were so attentive and accommodating! They work hard to make sure you’re happy!

I am all about customer service, and that was very good! Anastasia was exceptional. The premium king room is smaller than how it is demonstrated. We are sure someone actually lives above 311, and they came home like a marching band late at night, got up early every day - marching - and we stayed 7 nights. But the bed was very comfortable and the rooms are very clean. Anastasia is a very helpful and knowledgeable hostess with lots of good recommendations. Overall it was a very nice hotel, except for the noise upstairs.

We chose this location for its proximity to the tube. It was also near Kensington Palace and Hyde Park, as well as some very good restaurants. The hotel itself was quaint, modern, and the room quiet and spacious for London. We had a king size bed, with wi-fi and amenities for anything you may have forgotten to pack. However, I’m a 5’ 5.5” tall woman and the bathroom was more accommodating to a male. The vanity mirror was high and there was not an outlet for women in the bathroom- although I think that’s normal in the UK. Our stay was for two nights. The housekeeping the second day was okay. They didn’t dispose of our trash, so that didn’t feel fresh. Other than that, the stay was good and we left happy. I would recommend this hotel if traveling for a day or two.
