Positive Points: The staff is very friendly, from the security guards in the lobby to the restaurant staff. There is a kids' activity every Sunday which is very interesting, my child loves it. The breakfast variety is quite abundant, and the taste suits Indonesian palates. Negative Points: The room is quite old, with some parts damaged and in need of repairs. There were some dirty spots near the window when we just checked in. The room tends to be dim, and although a reading light can help, it seems additional lighting would be beneficial in the room.

The staff are just remarkable, amazing service and attention dedicated to each and every guest. Really made me want to come back to your hotel! Highly recommended 🤩
