Zel Mallorca, una experiencia a repetir! Al llegar nos atendió Camila super amable y atenta. Check-in facil y rápido. Nos dio la bienvenida Lara con su maravillosa energía y siempre super atenta a cada detalle. Gracias por la atenciones y el buen trato desde el momento uno, tanto por la mañana en el desayuno como en la cena. Profesionalidad! Hotel precioso y con unas vistas increibles. Por la noche, cena en Beso Beach... Nos atendieron super bien y la comida riquísima. Especial mención a Eusebio, Batuli, Victoria y Yahir. Haceis un trabajo maravilloso. Volveremos 100% !

We really enjoyed our time at Zel Mallorca. Very friendly and helpful staff. Parking onsite for additional cost (first come first serve). Large breakfast buffet right by the beach. Beautiful rooms with special attention to detail. Fully stocked mini bar and snacks for a cost. We did not use the pool but it looked nice! We would absolutely stay here again.

Friendly staff, always on hand to help. Great breakfast! Only thing that wasn't perfect was the pool and spa was closed by 7pm which was a shame.
