Service from all staff (hotel reception, beso, pool bar/restaurant) was incredible. Cool facility with great rooms, beautiful pools, and nice amenities. Music stays loud til about midnight so if that would bother you, I recommend requesting a room that faces the street not the pool. Would recommend a bit more security to prevent pool loungers being used by people not staying at the hotel- anyone can walk in for lunch and go right over to the pool.

Great location and vibe. Music starts around 1pm…not sure when it ends. We had a room on the street side that overlooks an Indian restaurant- and we could not hear any music that other reviewers had complained about. Pros: - service is great. Staff are attentive, polite, friendly. Kudos to those servicing the pool side! - cool interior - DJ knows his crowd - dog friendly joint Cons: - found shard of glass in my eggs during breakfast. Tried to tell staff to inform kitchen, but we were lost in translation. 🤷🏻‍♀️ lucky it was not a child having this egg. - rooms could be cleaner. Found alot of hairs in drawers and cabinets that were not ours. - dining at Beso leaves much to be desired for the price you’re paying. Go to El Chironguito by Kazan for lunch instead and only steps away from the pool on the beach with great service!

Beautiful beach sea side resort with two large pools, DJ, large yoga room with day light, steam room, sauna, jacuzzi, SPA treatments, morning yoga classes, great choice at the breakfast buffet, beautifully styled lounge, pool bar and restaurant . I recommend this resort/hotel!

Boho beach style resort in Mallorca, Palmanova (~25min by car from Palma city). Boujee resort with many facilities and lovely sea view: two outdoor swimming pools, beach bar, restaurant, spa offering various treatments, jacuzzi, sauna, hamam steam room, DJ, stylish and spacious lounge, large airy yoga room with day light. The concierge team is friendly and attentive. I would recommend this resort for people who emphasise wellness and style during their holidays.

Séjour de 9 jours, c'est un bel hôtel avec de belles chambres. Accueil personnalisé c est très bien surtout quand on arrive vers 22h mais beaucoup d explications et pas de français donc personnalisation inutile... la plage juste en face est fréquentée mais ça va ( mi juin). Attention les bains de soleil ne font pas partie de l' hôtel il faut régler en plus. Le personnel est souriant et présent. Les installations sont nombreuses. Le petit déjeuner est très complet et bon. Zone spa, salle de sport. Zone détente autour de la piscine. Bar de piscine joliment arrangé. Personnel de service des chambres très gentilles. Hôtel très propre. Points négatifs : le personnel ne parle pas français même avec des efforts mais au moins quelques personnes ça serait normal au vue des prix des chambres. le service devrait être également pour les clients français me semble t il ! Très compliqué de se garer, alors il reste le parking de l' hôtel à 25 e la nuit !!! Sans surveillance. Les repas au restaurant sont très chers pour des assiettes plutôt basiques même si elles sont jolies à regarder. La musique est beaucoup mais beaucoup trop forte, déjà signalée par d' autres clients dans des avis mais finalement pour quelle utilité, pas de changement et boum boum boum....😁 Le bar fait des cocktails très chers avec beaucoup de glaçons... Il serait judicieux de rappeler aux fêtards qu'à 1h ou 2h du matin voir même 5h certains aimeraient pouvoir dormir. Globalement un hôtel plutôt haut de gamme surtout au niveau tarif...
