Lugar péssimo para descarregar material para eventos!

Good food good replies

While checking in the reception staff were not very helpful. I arrived early and they were not at all interested to help to get a room ready sooner. Even at 2pm, they kept me waiting for another 15 mins. However, all these to assign a wrong room. They said that someone is coming with a key and move my bag to another room. Again another 20 mins passed no sign of that person. I went out to have lunch and the reception took the key and didn't give me the new key. I told them to remove the minibar but housekeeping put it back on the second day. I had a coke can which wasn't kept aside. When I told reception they didn't even bother or do anything. The room and washroom are nice and clean. I didn't use the pool or gym. The breakfast was very limited and items are not written. The location is also very good.

Hermoso hotel. La recepción y el proceso de check in impecable. El desayuno muy completo y rico, con el personal que atiende siempre amable. Fuimos por el fin de semana de la Fórmula 1 y había varias personas en la misma. Las habitaciones hermosas y limpias, con el personal de limpieza reponiendo amenities todos los días. La ubicación no es muy turística, es más bien un perfil empresarial, pero de fácil acceso a subte y puntos turísticos.
