I am really pleased with the staff of this hotel. Especially Raffaella. Also Elena, Tory, Alfredo, Yacine, Gloria, Francesca. They helped with the metro and for going around the city and now we are professionals in taking the metro! We loved the hotel quiet, safety and nice view. The metro to take us around the city is short distance. The space in front of the hotel is a big and beautiful scenery with picnic benches water fountains, quite family atmosphere.

Raffaella, Elena and Tory were really nice to us. We had many questions and they answered everything and help us. Especially Raffaella very professional , excellent service skills and friendly. I am very pleased with their service and I do recommend this hotel.
