I had an amazing experience. I travelled for a short stay but would like to give my special Thanks to the following people for: Ms Izzati (GEX) For her Amazing Service, Treatment & Beautiful Smile. She was the brightest star in the whole hotel for me and I thank her for taking such great care of me along with the Level Team: Mr Amerul (The Level Assistant) especially for his constant support, amazing treatment and diligence and attention to detail towards me. But also to Kenes, Selca, Rebecca, Pashya and Emily (Reservations Assistant) A special thanks to the General Manager Mr Fernandez for his professional and courteous hospitality. I used to always stay in Intercontinental KL for the past 12 Years but I have officially decided I will always choose Melia KL for the fantastic team and their service. Thank you all for giving me a home away from home. I hope to see you all soon!

Escaso mantenimiento,tapicería des un tanto "usadas , gastadas y no muy limpias". Desayuno abundante pero poco atractivo, más orientado a Turismo Asiático que occidental y a viajeros de paso rápido...

Located across the street with Berjaya Times Square,side of big street, Only arround 7 minutes to Bukit Bintang crowd and 10 minutes to Alor Street, Environment good, clear air, quite spacious lobby, friendly staff, Various breakfast cuisine,local: nasi lemak , western: omelette,chicken sausages, Chinese food: mee bihoon kwetiaw soup, you can freely choose the side dishes and He will cook in front of you and pour with chicken or beef soup your choice,they also have toast bread, salads, little pancake,drinks, Soya milk is good also pineapple juice,

A very nice hotel in the heart of KL business district. The rooms are spacious and clean. Traffic can horrendous most of the day. If you're planning to catch a cab, you need to plan your trip with plenty of buffer.
