“I would definitely recommend Paradisus San Agustin Hotel Gran Canaria. We stayed 11 nights in the 'Reserve' The staff at this hotel were first class ( a special mention to the waitress Hazel Marie who was always very polite and always busy looking after the guests) All amenities were first class. Another mention to the Bar staff in 'GINGER ' they were so friendly and very attentive to make sure we were having a good time. The entertainment every night was excellent too. We shall look forward to seeing you all very soon.”

“Volvería sin pensarlo y recomendable 100%. Hacía mucho que no conseguía no sacarle “una pega” a un hotel, y este me lo ha puesto muy muy difícil! Para empezar, destacar el trato humano de todo el servicio, siempre atentos a cualquier deseo y necesidad. En mi caso además fui (bastante) embarazada y el cuidado con toda la comida es espectacular y te hacen sentir muy a gusto. Nos alojamos en la parte The Reserve y merece todo la pena, el desayuno, la zona de la piscina solo adultos… la habitación muy nueva, limpieza perfecta y la cama muy cómoda. En resumen, para ser un todo incluido el nivel está muy alto, destacando toda la comida en general incluyendo el buffet. “Muy buena experiencia global en este hotel! Antes de nada mencionar que tuvimos la experiencia en the reserve, y para nosotros merece la pena. Desde el principio nos trataron fenomenal, incluso antes de nuestra llegada ya que estuvieron pendientes de cualquier necesidad que pudiéramos tener previa a nuestra llegada. En cuanto a la estancia, todo genial, detallo: - Instalaciones: se nota que el hotel está renovado hace poco ya que todo está muy bien cuidado y conservado. - Habitaciones: muy buen tamaño, cama muy cómoda (aunque sigo creyendo que este tipo de hoteles en habitaciones para parejas deberían tener un solo colchón y no dos unidos) y muy buena limpieza y cuidado por parte del personal. - Comida: muy buen nivel en todos los restaurantes, desde el buffet hasta los restaurantes a la carta tienen un muy buen nivel de comida, destacando la variedad del buffet y los arroces para comer. “This is our second visit this year to the Hotel Paradisus this year. It is a wonderful place and all of the staff go out of their way to make sure you have the best time. We booked the Reserve again which didn’t disappoint apart from that the amazing and ever caring Maivelys was no where to be seen. A shame as she was a huge asset to the superb pool area. Sergio who worked within the Concierge department looked after everything we needed. Nothing was too much trouble for him. Thank you! The breakfast in the Reserve was a 5 star feast amongst the tranquil gardens. Tania stood out for us as not only did she continually make sure we had everything we needed she had to listen to my awful attempt at Spanish! Thank you for the daily lessons. A great hotel made fantastic by the staff. See you again soon we hope.”

“The Review: Currently staying here and, unfortunately, it’s not living up to the 5-star billing. While the resort looks great in photos, the actual experience feels much more like a mid-range 3-star property. The Food: The dining has been a major letdown—very "beige" and repetitive. It feels mass-produced and lacks the flavor or quality you’d expect at this level. If you're a foodie, you'll likely find the options uninspired. The Service: Very hit-or-miss. We’ve encountered a fair amount of indifference and, on occasion, outright rudeness from the staff. It lacks that polished, "guest-first" attitude that defines a luxury stay. For Families: We have the kids with us, and while there are activities, the service gaps and food quality make the "luxury family" aspect feel a bit like a marketing stretch. It’s functional for a family trip, but definitely not the premium experience we paid for. Verdict: If you're looking for true 5-star refinement, keep looking. We’re still here for the remainder of our trip, but we likely wouldn’t return.”

“Isabel @Baransu_studio is the hotels visiting yoga teacher. An unexpected gem for people looking for a body and mind yoga practice. The hotel offers a relaxed environment. Isabel provides yoga, Pilates, biomechanics and mindfulness to a yoga retreat standard. An unexpected place to find someone so talented in her field. The hotel offers a complete wellness package complete with spa….and an awesome ocean view. Thoroughly recommend a stay here.”

“Die Lage des Hotels ist hervorragend, direkt am Strand, ebenso ist der Poolbereich sehr schön. Das Premium DZ mit Meerblick war eher klein, ebenso wie der Balkon. Der Service war sehr gut, das Personal sehr freundlich. Die Präsentation der Hauptspeisen war enttäuschend: kantinenartig, Selbstbedienung aus gußeisernen Töpfen. Großes Lob für die Gazpachosuppe am Mittag. Insgesamt stimmte für uns das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis nicht.”

“Geweldige week gehad in dit luxe all-inclusive hotel! Personeel echt méga vriendelijk! Altijd groeten, wisten op een gegeven moment wat we dronken en kwamen soms zelfs met coole ideeën voor een drankje! Hygiëne top, eten héel goed! Zwembaden, faciliteiten etc. allemaal perfect! Ik moet wel zeggen... In eerdere recensies stond al dat er veel jonge stellen met kinderen zijn, wij dachten dit valt vast mee; dit valt niet mee. 😂 Overal waar je komt zijn baby's en peuters. Nog nooit zo veel zwangere vrouwen bij elkaar gezien. 😂 Volgende keer maar adult-only. Ik ben even genezen. Mocht je hier geen probleem mee hebben is dit hotel zéker de moeite waard!”

“My friend and I had a lovely time at Paradisus. We would definitely recommend it to others. The grounds are beautiful, rooms are spacious with very comfortable beds and lovely bath products, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The buffet for breakfast and dinner was incredible with a wide variety of options and every dietary restriction well supported (my friend is vegan and ate like a queen!). And the poolside shack and Kanna had lovely lunch menus too. Given the price however, there are some improvements I'd recommend: First, despite having five days there, we only managed to get into one of the à la carte restaurants. The buffet was great but it would have been nice to experience the restaurants. I'm disappointed the hotel couldn't manage the guest population well enough to accommodate more dinner openings. Second, housekeeping was inconsistent. Our turndown was missed one day (after which I reminded them daily), and once we returned to the floor being dirtier than we left it!”

“We spent 10 days in Gran Canaria with Reserve facilities. Everything was perfect from the check-in to the check-out. Smiling and efficient and professional staff were a pleasure to interact with. The visits were great especially the mountain tour and the banana farm visit. Rhum visit was not great only because of the poor skills of the local tour guide. Housekeeping staff were performing an outstanding work, from the daily cleaning to the refill of the minibar and not to forget the evening chocolates. Thanks a lot to them all, they were so discreet that we were not able to identify their names. Our butler Martha has brought us peace of mind during our stay. Sorry again for our pocket dialling… Thanks to Luis who guided us for the first visit of our room. Lucas was a great teacher, bringing some exercises to warm up our days. Monette and especially Angie are wonderful maitre d’ always caring for their guests and having nice words. Lucia at the restaura gave us good advise for a visit of Puerto de Mogán. Irene was a great waiter with a nice smile always welcoming. Maelys was a smiling teacher to explain how the coffee machine at the lounge was operating… Marta Miguel, Johan (understanding French) and Daniel (at the reserve pool bar) were caring and smiling. Special mention to the Ginger bar staff who catered for our early meal before leaving for our early flight back. Even for check out, Sophia was helpful and smiling. We have spent the best 10 days of vacation in our 25 years together, my husband and me (this anniversary Was the reason for the trip in Paradisius Gran Canaria). Thanks a lot to all of you”

“We just got back from a beautiful week spent here. The staff was superb, specially Beatrix who always went the extra mile to play with our son anytime she saw him. The only thing I’d recommend would be to try and do more local and Spanish food, which in my view there wasn’t enough of it.”
