The hotel is very nice and clean, with friendly staff, and could be an oasis in Magaluf. But unfortunately it has a series of rules that make it not. Although it is on the beach, direct access to the beach is blocked until 11 o'clock because that pool area is not open. Not even a gate is left for hotel customers so if you want to go to the beach you either go around through other properties or through the street. The pool area is very nice but the free sunbeds are only the ones at the back. Those next to the pool and those in front cost 80-100 euros/day. Money with which you can consume products from them, but if you don't drink alcohol, you don't have anything to buy for the whole amount. It is also worth noting the non-respect of quiet hours. Theoretically after 10 pm parties should not be allowed in the room. But nobody does anything unless you go to complain at the reception. And even so it just stops them and the next day it starts all over again. You should go again to report the noise every night and then wait for them to do something. Guests who come to the hotel late can make a lot of noise on the way to the rooms because there is no one to say anything to them. The breakfast is ok but after a few days you don't have much to eat. It's exactly the same food every day. It could be a nice hotel but it is sabotaged by their own rules. I can't figure out which customers they want to attract?!

An sich ein sehr schönes Hotel, sehr stilvoll eingerichtet und die Lage/der Ausblick sind wunderschön. Auch das Personal an der Rezeption und beim Frühstück war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Leider sind die Zimmer extrem hellhörig, sodass man erst ab ca. 6 Uhr morgens mit Ruhe rechnen kann. Vorher leider egal ob von draußen oder vom Hotelflur sehr laut. Wer „normal“ Urlaub machen möchte, ohne Partyurlauber ist hier wohl eher falsch. Auch am Strand wird von manchen kaum Rücksicht genommen und die Musik aufgedreht. Hierfür kann das Hotel natürlich nichts, dennoch ist es sehr unangenehm. Wenn man morgens zum Frühstück geht und am Pool noch einzelne Personen quer über den Liegen schlafen mit leeren Vodka Flaschen daneben, ist das für mich persönlich auch eher störend. Aber auch hier, kann das Hotel wenig dafür dennoch sollte man sich darüber bewusst sein, bevor man dieses Hotel bucht. Für einen erholsamen Urlaub, auf dieser wunderschönen Insel, gibt es leider deutlich bessere Ecken.

O Hotel divide-se em duas partes: Pontos positivos: alojamento, localização, simpatia dos funcionários, zona de lazer muito grande e com ótimas condições. Ponto muito negativo: Refeições Pequeno almoço pobre, pouca variedade, correspondente a um hotel de 2 estrelas (alguns bem mais completos) Regime meia pensão foi a maior desilusão: 2-3 pratos, cofeccionados sem gosto , nada apelativos, quantidade mínima. Sobremesa igual durante 1 semana Pouca fruta e 2 tipos de bolo. Para o valor pago sinto-me enganada
