Habitación completa para 4 adultos, no falta detalle. Enhorabuena

Our recent stay at the Innside New York left much to be desired. The breakfast was quite disappointing -limited options, only one beverage allowed per guest, and slow service that really affected our mornings. Additionally, we experienced a delay of over an hour to check into our room. Initially, we were offered a room that had just been painted, which wasn’t suitable due to the strong smell. After expressing our concerns, we were moved to another room, but it was a queen bed instead of the king bed we had booked. This was not what we expected. We understand that things don’t always go as planned, but in such cases, a room upgrade might have been a more appropriate solution rather than a downgrade. Despite these issues, the staff did their best. However, given the high cost of our stay, it was a disappointing experience overall.

Hotel muy céntrico para visitar NY, con buena relación calidad/precio y muy buen servicio + para el desayuno te entregan un voucher para el restaurante metido en la PB del hotel (no es buffet pero de plato suficiente) + único porque pero, en el check-out nos cobraron un facility fee de 40$/día por conceptos varios que nadie te da pie a elegir (agua en las habitaciones, gym lo utilices o no), etc...

Increíble hotel para venir a New York, muy céntrico a 10 minutos tienes Empire State, a 5 el Madison Square Garden, 15 Times Square. Las habitaciones súper limpias, cómodas y modernas, Las personas de recepción muy amables. El minibar es gratis. El desayuno muy rico y no demasiado caro para ser New York, además de un servicio excelente. Relación calidad precio un 10.

I stayed for 3 days and it was an amazing experience. The people who works there were so kind friendly and helpful. We arrived before the check in, and they gave us a room without a problem. The room was perfect, enough for two people and very clean. The location is also perfect, near the 5th avenue and other places to visit. I highly recommend this hotel to stay.
