“Melia Desert Palm is a beautiful, well-maintained property with a peaceful setting that truly feels 5-star. Unfortunately, the service does not match the standard. Staff are often nowhere to be found, and even simple requests require repeated follow-ups with multiple people. Despite several promises to fix issues, nothing actually gets done, which makes it feel like there is little accountability or care. After all of this, they still had the audacity to ask for a review -so here it is. A great property let down by very poor service.”

“Attended for a relaxing and grounding yoga session led by Jen with pool access, sauna and steam. The facilities are wonderful, a lovely quiet retreat from the city. The infinity pool was beautiful, and you are able to sit and have lunch by the pool at Epicure restaurant where I had breakfast and lunch, the service and food were lovely. A great relaxation day package.”

“Epicure Bf and Pool Day Ashish, Senali, Durga and team are outstanding and filled with passion for hospitality. Health focused Breakfast menu, wellness experience by the pool and absolutely amazing vibes amidst this tough moments in the world. Melia Team is awesome and they deserve all the credit for the positive energy. Pool was nice and steady with guests all day having fun and staffs were happy. The staff were nothing short of amazing, so attentive, supportive and kind. Always smiling. The restaurants are all very nice too! “I had such a beautiful experience at Melia Desert Palm. I came for a massage and a sound healing session, and both were absolutely wonderful. From the moment I walked in, I felt this calm, grounded energy. The scents in the spa were just incredible — soft, warm, not overpowering, but instantly relaxing. The massage was truly one of the best I’ve had. Very intuitive, unhurried, and deeply restorative. I felt completely taken care of. And the sound healing… that was something else. It was so beautifully guided. The way it was held felt safe, gentle and powerful at the same time. I left feeling lighter, calmer, and very present. What I love about this place is that it doesn’t feel artificial or “too much”. It feels natural, elegant, peaceful. Like a little sanctuary away from the city. I will definitely be back.”

“Superb resort of the highest quality. Location is secluded and far from bustles of downtown Dubai. Provided an excellent base for relaxation, with beautiful facilities with a spectacular outlook to the polo grounds and associated highlights. The staff are excellent also, and we were treated to true hospitality. The pool, bars, restaurants and common relaxation areas provided the perfect start to our adventures”

“Super zum Relaxen. Ich wußte zwar dass es ein wenig abseits liegt, aber UBER ist relativ günstig. Wenn nur der Verkehr nicht wäre... Man braucht gut und gerne von der Dubai Mall bzw. Mall of the Emirates durchaus 1-1,5 Stunden. Was verbessert werden kann ist der Service sowohl in der Bar als auch im Steakhaus. Man sitzt doch schon relativ lange mit einem leeren Weinglas. Nachtrag: Von einem Mitarbeiter bei einer spanischen Hotelkette erwarte ich, dass er weiß was ein Rioja ist... Fazit: Hardware super, Software muß verbessert werden. Was ich uneingeschränkt empfehlen kann, sind die Massagen. Siami macht das so toll, dass ich jeden 2. Tag bei Ihr war. Vielen Dank!”
