“This is my fourth stay at INNSiDE, but unfortunately, this experience fell short of my expectations. When I requested a shaving kit at reception, I was informed that none were available. As a result, I had to attend an important meeting the following day unshaven, which was highly embarrassing for me. Additionally, I was disappointed to be asked for a security deposit of €50 per day during check-in. This policy should be clearly communicated in advance or visibly stated at the front desk.”See more reviews

“Hotel kann man empfehlen. Schöne Zimmer (allerdings mit Federkissen - für Allergiker nicht optimal). Tolle Lage. Die Rooftop-Bar hat eine tolle Aussicht mit Blick auf das Rathaus und den Dom. Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Bei Bedarf würde ich wieder kommen.”See more reviews

“Ein sehr schönes Hotel, wir hatten ein Doppelzimmer gebucht. Das Zimmer war geräumig, modern eingerichtet und tiptop sauber, ebenso das Bad. Das Frühstück war erstklassig, es blieb kein Wunsch offen. Das Personal sehr freundlich. Das Parkhaus fanden wir mit 29 Euro pro Nacht allerdings etwas zu teuer. Da aber alles andere wirklich überzeugend war geben wir gerne 5 Sterne.”See more reviews

“Wir waren vor kurzem für zwei Übernachtungen am Wochenende dort mit unserem 1,5 jährigen Sohn, weil wir uns die Stadt anschauen und erkunden wollten. Insgesamt waren wir mit dem Aufenthalt absolut zufrieden. Die Zugänge waren alle barrierefrei und es gibt einen Aufzug, also sehr unkompliziert mit Kinderwagen. Es gab zwar leider kein Babyphone, welches wir uns an der Rezeption ausleihen konnten, aber ein gutes Reisebett inkl Kinderbettwäsche ohne Aufpreis. Das Zimmer war modern, hell und freundlich, sehr funktional und praktisch eingerichtet mit abschließbarer Toilette. Die Dusche im Raum war ungewohnt, hat sich aber mit Kleinkind als sehr praktisch erwiesen. Highlight war eine Minibar auf Augenhöhe, die jeden Tag neu aufgefüllt wird und bereits im Übernachtungspreis inkludiert ist. Das Ein- und Auschecken ging recht zügig und unkompliziert. Das Personal an der Rezeption war nett und freundlich. Das Frühstücksbuffet haben wir nicht dazu gebucht, da es uns für 28€ pro Person und Tag echt zu teuer war. Wir sind morgens dann beide Male zum Bäcker in der Nähe gegangen und haben dort für nicht mal die Hälfte des Preises ausgiebig gegessen und getrunken. Leider haben wir die Bar oben und andere Möglichkeiten dort wegen unserem Kleinkind nicht nutzen können, aber schön, dass es sie gibt. :)”See more reviews
