“Für mich ein solides und schönes Business Hotel. Zimmer sind modern und großzügig. Frühstück war überraschend gut, toller Kaffe und frische Ananas. Tolle Möglichkeit "Late Checkout" für 30 Euro bis 15 Uhr zuzubuchen. Genial! Was nervt ist die verpflichtet Anmeldung zum rewards Hotelclub, hatte meine Buchung auf der Homepage deshalb abgebrochen und auf booking.com gebucht, um dann festzustellen, beim checkin schon wieder zwangsverpflichtet geworden zu sein.”See more reviews

“Für einen Preis von rund 200 € pro Nacht ist dieses Hotel leider eine Enttäuschung. Das Zimmerkonzept ist wenig durchdacht: Es gibt keine richtige abschließbare Toilettentür, sondern lediglich eine Milchglaslösung, durch die man trotzdem alles erkennen kann. Zudem war ein unangenehmer Geruch von der Toilette wahrnehmbar. Auch die Dusche ist komplett durchsichtig, und generell fehlt eine Tür im Bad, die Privatsphäre ermöglicht. Der Teppichboden wirkt aus hygienischer Sicht nicht zeitgemäß. Im Zimmer fehlten außerdem einfache Dinge wie Hausschuhe. Das Telefon wirkt veraltet und passt nicht zum Preisniveau des Hotels. Besonders enttäuschend war der Service: Auf Nachfrage nach einem Bügeleisen wurde erwartet, dass man selbst mit Bügelbrett und Eisen durchs Hotel läuft, anstatt dass dies aufs Zimmer gebracht wird. Auch die Bettwäsche wird nicht täglich gewechselt. Trotz persönlicher Ansprache wurde dies lediglich zur Kenntnis genommen, jedoch nicht umgesetzt. Insgesamt entspricht das Angebot in keiner Weise dem Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis, das man in dieser Kategorie erwarten würde.”

“Angenehmes Hotel, großes, helles Zimmer, sehr gut geschlafen, kleine Probleme wurden schnell gelöst. Bad ebenfalls top. Warum Badezimmer in Hotels nach allen Seiten transparent und offen sein müssen, erschließt sich mir nicht, aber da ich allein war und der Rest gepasst hat – von mir aus. Frühstück sehr gut, das Mittagessen auch. Aber das Highlight ist die professionelle und sehr engagierte Seminarbetreuung durch das Hotel. Ganz großes Lob! Zum Standort: etwas abseits der Innenstadt, und mit der Straßenbahn noch gut zu erreichen. Für mich ist die Erreichbarkeit mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln wichtig, und die war abends um 21 Uhr noch ganz okay. Über Parkmöglichkeiten kann ich nichts sagen.”See more reviews
