“Ich war mit meiner Frau Ende März für eine Nacht im INNSIDE. Es war ein perfekter Aufenthalt. Das Personal hat einen hervorragenden Job gemacht, angefangen an der Rezeption, abends an der Bar und beim Frühstück. Definitiv eine Empfehlung. Einziges Manko ist die Geräuschkulisse zum Montagmorgen durch den Berufsverkehr. Aber das ist jammern auf hohem Niveau. Gern können die Kollegen in Düsseldorf Seestern in München mal lernen, wie man den Gast für sein Geld angemessen verwöhnt. Wir kommen definitiv wieder.”See more reviews

“Ich hatte insgesamt einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt im Hotel und würde definitiv wiederkommen. Die Lage ist wirklich gut und eignet sich perfekt als Ausgangspunkt – sowohl für Ausflüge als auch für geschäftliche Termine. Das Hotel selbst macht einen gepflegten Eindruck und das Zimmer war grundsätzlich ordentlich und gut ausgestattet. Während meines Aufenthalts gab es ein paar technische Probleme (u. a. Lüftung und Jalousien), wodurch das Zimmer zeitweise recht dunkel war. Das wurde jedoch sehr professionell und kundenorientiert gelöst – ich habe schnell eine Rückerstattung erhalten, ohne Diskussionen. Genau so stellt man sich guten Service vor. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung, könnte aber aus meiner Sicht noch etwas mehr Auswahl bieten. Die Brötchen waren teilweise etwas hart – hier gibt es noch leichtes Verbesserungspotenzial. Unterm Strich überwiegen aber ganz klar die positiven Eindrücke: gutes Hotel, faire und lösungsorientierte Mitarbeiter und ein insgesamt stimmiges Gesamtpaket.
