“We spent 11 nights at this hotel and had a wonderful stay overall. The hotel is beautiful, modern, and very aesthetic – the kind of place that looks great in photos but is also comfortable to stay in. The pool area, sunbeds, sea views, and overall atmosphere were fantastic and made it easy to relax. The staff were always friendly and welcoming, and check-in was quick and efficient. During our stay, we enjoyed trying different dishes, listening to live music in the evenings, and simply enjoying the peaceful atmosphere around the resort. There are only two areas that could be improved. First, the gym is quite limited and feels more like a small fitness room, with a few treadmills, light dumbbells, and yoga mats rather than a fully equipped gym. Second, we found the prices on the all-day menu to be quite high for the quality and portion sizes offered. Some dishes felt overpriced, and the food did not always match the price expectations. That said, these were minor points compared to everything the hotel did well. Overall, we had a great holiday!”See more reviews

“We stayed for two nights at INNSiDE by Meliá Elounda while attending a wedding in Elounda, and we were absolutely delighted with our experience. The room was very comfortable and spotless, while the stunning view created a wonderful sense of peace and relaxation. The staff were exceptionally friendly, professional, and always willing to help with anything we needed. The breakfast offered a wide variety of choices and catered to all tastes. “5/5 — absolutely perfect. We arrived at INNSiDE by Meliá Crete Elounda after a very disappointing experience at another hotel, and from the very first message the team made us feel welcome. We told them about our situation, they replied quickly and said they would do their best to make the rest of our vacation special — and they truly did. From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. The reception team was amazing, warm and welcoming, the hotel itself is stunning, the design is beautiful, and they even upgraded us to a room with a private pool. Breakfast was excellent, the staff throughout the hotel were kind and attentive, the pool area is incredible, and the whole atmosphere is exactly what we hoped for. Every small detail was taken care of. Honestly, everything was simply perfect. Highly recommended!”See more reviews
