Hotel bello, peccato che c'è stato un problema all'interno della camera all'impianto di riscaldamento e usciva aria fredda quindi abbiamo avuto una temperatura sempre su 19 gradi e faceva freddo. È stato veramente un peccato per la cifra pagata questo inconveniente non ci voleva specialmente quando soggiorni con un figlio piccolo. Abbiamo contattato la reception ma non hanno risolto il problema. Peccato.

3 Bett-Zimmer im 6.Stock bekommen. Bei Reisen mit Freunden ist die große Tageslicht-Dusche eine Gewöhnlungssache. Check-in lief nachts unproblematisch, Frühstück war sehr gut und frisch! Fahrstuhl hat nicht immer sofort reagiert.

Insgesamt ein schöner Aufenthalt. Der Blick aus dem 12. Stock war morgens und nachts herrlich (Raumkategorie Loft). Die Größe des Zimmers war ebenfalls angenehm. Leider stimmten etliche Details nicht, wie die viel zu laut knarzenden Zimmertüren, die schwache Belüftung der Toilette oder die stellenweise unschöne Verarbeitung (z.B. Fußleisten). Das Frühstück hat leider auch nicht beeindruckt. Der Ausblick und die hervorragende Lage haben es für uns aber wieder gut gemacht.

I’ve lived and traveled in Italy for four years, and this was hands-down the best customer service I’ve ever experienced! The receptionist Matteo, in particular, was wonderful—so kind and incredibly helpful, making our stay feel warm and welcoming from the start. The entire staff was thoughtful and accommodating, and the hotel itself was beautiful, sparkling clean, and meticulously maintained. We stayed in a suite on the seventh floor, and I loved how peaceful it was; the city noise faded away, making it easy to relax and recharge. Not only were the rooms stunning, but they were also exceptionally quiet—a rare treat in a busy city like Milan! We visited QC Terme on our first day and it was as simple as taking an Uber from the front door, however the subway and great restaurants are very close. I’m so glad we chose to stay here, and we’ll absolutely be back on future trips to Milan!
