“Durante o mês de agosto desloquei-me ao Melià Braga com o meu marido para descansarmos e podermos conhecer a cidade. Acabamos por não conhecer muito de Braga porque a equipa do hotel foi extremamente simpática e calorosa, sendo que acabámos por não ter vontade de sair de lá. Estando grávida e numa fase bastante avançada preciso de evidenciar os cuidados e a atenção que tiveram comigo. Quero salientar vários pontos, tais como: - a amabilidade da equipa da receção, nomeadamente de Thiago Vasconcelos e Filipa Gonçalves. Não há melhor que termos chegado ao hotel e termo-nos sentido realmente “bem-vindos”. - a atenção da equipa da sala do restaurante que foi incansável devido às trocas feitas por não poder comer certos alimentos. Os meus parabéns também aos cozinheiros. De todas as vezes a comida estava deliciosa. - a equipa de Ana Magalhães e Raquel Ferreira que estava no bar da piscina. Sempre simpáticas e muito prestáveis. - no spa fiz uma massagem para grávidas feita pela Inês Rodrigues. Soube-me super bem e consegui relaxar bastante. -o quarto era muito espaçoso e com vista piscina. O pequeno-almoço era realmente muito completo e diversificado. Já estivemos noutras grandes redes hoteleiras e em nenhum sítio fomos tratados desta forma. Viemos embora feliz e com a certeza que voltaremos a Braga e ficaremos neste hotel. “Mi reseña está dedicada a Gisela, Carolina, Maria y Adriana por su gran profesionalidad, simpatía y empatía. Fuimos a principio de Agosto y este fue el primer hotel donde nos alojamos en nuestro viaje por Portugal. Nos cogimos una sesión de masaje para mi mujer, mi hijo y yo. Todas las chicas fueron muy atentas y cuidadosas con nosotros, preocupándose en todo momento porqué estuviésemos cómodos y a gusto y los masajes fueron maravillosos! Salimos los 3 como nuevos! Adriana (que si no recuerdo mal es quién nos atendió en recepción) fue una gran anfitriona que nos ayudó en todo momento en todo aquello que necesitábamos. Sin duda, una experiencia de 10!”

“Escolhemos o Meliá Braga para ficar hospedados durante um fim de semana, onde comemorámos o nosso vigésimo aniversário de casamento. O atendimento no momento do check-in foi bom, o quarto premium era muito bom, espaçoso e com vista cidade, este quarto também incluía o parque de estacionamento o que foi de facto uma mais-valia. A cereja no topo do bolo foi o atendimento no restaurante do hotel onde jantamos por duas vezes, a comida estava impecável e cheia de sabor, carne tenra, tudo no ponto. Foi-nos questionado o motivo da nossa visita pelo chefe de restaurante Francisco e que ao saber tornou esta estadia ainda melhor, sem qualquer aviso foi-nos oferecido dois flutes de vinho espumante e uns doces em forma de coração para que pudéssemos brindar à ocasião, toda a atenção dada durante a refeição fez toda a diferença e sentimos que de facto quando nos cruzamos com as pessoas certas tudo corre acima do esperado e deixa-nos com vontade de regressar. Este hotel foi uma boa surpresa, aconselho vivamente, não só pelas condições físicas, mas pelo que faz de um hotel um grande hotel e isso são as pessoas que nele trabalham. Obrigado.”See more reviews
