“Great hotel for the price. Top marks for cleanliness and quality and variety of the food. Great pools and fantastic animation team who never stopped providing entertainment and showed abundant patience with so many children to deal with - they even offer a secure childminding play area and take your mobile to ring if any issues. Minus marks for the lifts - very small and they clearly don't have a software system and queues can take ages. Not very disabled friendly if you can't manage floors. Most staff were great but you always get a couple - aggressive waiter in the manic restaurant who would not allow tables or chairs to be moved together (there were 6 of us) but didn't have the English to explain why other than "impossible" and didn't want to show us where there was a 6 seater table (very few options). The downstairs sports bar shuts at 6 which means getting drinks 2 floors up and carrying them back down to watch the World Cup. One male middle aged member of staff in the In and Out bar is rude in the extreme - stops serving you to get involved in arguments with other customers, does not engage and generally seems to hate his job. One day both water machines broke and the bar staff refused to serve water from the bars. Other than this we had a really great time and it's an ideal hotel for families with loads of activities. One last gripe - be prepared for 2.5 hour queues coming into Majorca at the airport due to registration - and ours was not saved so we had to go through it all over again on the way home.”

“We as a family of 6, one teenager, one older child and two toddlers, give this holiday 10/10. Check in easy. Room request prior was met. We requested ground, first or second floor with our rooms joined. We got first floor and joined. Rooms cleaned every morning, some of the children wet the bed (change in routine with late nights) wasn’t a problem, so thank you for that. Hotel very clean and presentable. Food and drink- we loved it! There was something for everyone one. Breakfast is what it is. Lunch was lovely. Themed nights for dinner, something for everyone. Fresh meats cooked in front of you. Loads of fresh fruit, salad bars, seafood. Pizza cooked fresh. Dessert changed each night, we all enjoyed it. Snack bar was great and by the pool. We ate there a lot. Would like to mention we saw not one single fly the whole trip near any food which is great. Staff all working very hard non stop. They need a big thank you the most as it was so hot and imagining what it was like cooking in a kitchen. Drink tokens. Really not hard to take drink cups back. We went out of season June 14th-21st. No line for drinks. You get slush, fizzy pop, cocktails you name it. Pool was amazing for all the ages. Just enough slides where you can have fun but at the same time knowing kids are safe and no fear of them getting lost on some of the crazy splash zones Iv seen online at other places. They also do family fun in the pool. We all loved this and joined in. They have everything for the week set out on a program so you can’t miss out. Pool open 10am-6pm. Bit cold for us before 12 but 6 hours in the pool is enough so very happy. Foam party was 10/10 thank you 🙏🏻 Kids club. We tired it but my kids are never away from me unless at school but we tired and they called me soon as they upset so I could collect them but it looked fun nonetheless. We also chose this hotel based off being 5 minutes walk from the beach. Didn’t disappoint. Beautiful beach. We had a lovely time. Sand got very hot as it was 33• - 38• when we just went 🥵 Town centre only 10 minutes walk. Good shops. Myself and teenager went out a few times on the strip, was good night but being away from that in this hotel was great for when you want family time and quietness. Some of the hotel when you walk close to the strip of magaluf, you can see how noisy and crazy it is, this hotel is very peaceful. Yes you can hear people in the hallways, but everyone settles down at a good time so not a problem. Only negative I have is 3 Spanish people was rude for no reason. One bar staff who is quite miserable and will try to serve other Spanish people who are clearly behind you in the line but I will speak up, so I just put my order in anyway. Jesus at the bar is brilliant bar man, so well done to him. Second was a lady waiter in the restaurant about a table being pushed together to make 6 seats, We done this every night, other tables done the same and some making 8-10 seats and no other waiting staff, who I will add were all great and polite, never had an issue with it. I just ignored her. Don’t understand why people have to try and be high and mighty sometimes. Just causes problems when it was never an issue for the first 4 evenings and other people are seating the same! 3rd was a Spanish holiday maker, I saved 1 space for 1 of my children out of 4 to join me on the pool activities as she is a slow swimmer and she started having a right pop at me for it 😂😂 I just laughed and put my hand in her face. I’d understand if my whole family of 6 jumped in the line lol. Nevertheless I don’t retaliate. People need to relax. It’s a holiday ☀️ We loved it here and you cannot fault a place which only had such tiny inconveniences.”
