“Firstly, i would love to give praise to 1 specific member off staff , Felipe ( real name Damien) . He welcomed us in to the hotel multiple times over multiple years and served us coke with extra ice ( as requested) . He is by far the best bartender I've met and also has the most aura out of all the staff . The other aspects of the hotel were very good , however Damien ( Felipe ) is the most significant reason. “Actualmente estoy alojado en el hotel y sinceramente viendo la cantidad de reseñas malas no me parecen justas y veníamos con las expectativas muy bajas. Está en la zona tranquila de Magaluf, por lo que se puede dormir bien, siempre te puede tocar alguien en el pasillo que toque las narices pero también te puede tocar en tu comunidad. El tema de las colas en ascensores y comidas nunca he tenido que esperar la cola más de 5 minutos a no ser que vayas en horas puntas y nosotros solemos ir 9:30, 14:30 y 21:00. La animación para los niños está muy bien porque entre toboganes y monitores siempre está animado. La comida no es que sea de un restaurante con estrellas Michelin pero está más que aceptable, yo prefiero que no haya mucha variedad y se pueda comer. Tiene pancha, pasta en el momento y diferentes arroces a diario a parte de otros platos y tortillas y tortitas al momento en el desayuno. En cuanto a las habitaciones son básicas pero limpias, el mayor defecto que les veo es que el colchón es muy incómodo y sería un aspecto a mejorar pero tratando el tema como personas cívicas todo se soluciona. Me parece muy buen sistema el de cambio de fichas por vasos de bebida ya que así se evita que esté todo lleno de vasos tirados por todos lados. En fin, sigo disfrutando de mis vacaciones y no le pongo pegas excepto por el tema del colchón ya que para mí me parece un aspecto bastante importante pero sin duda VOLVEREMOS!!!!!”See more reviews
