Muy buena atención del personal, desde recepción, camareras de pisos, comedor destacando a Lia, especial, y una atención excepcional de Ricardo el jefe de calidad del hotel al cual le agradecemos su atención. Nos vamos de Menorca con un recuerdo precioso y, sobre todo, con la sensación de haber estado rodeados de un equipo de trabajadores increíble. Queremos hacer una mención muy especial a Juan Carlos Maqueda Martín, por el enorme trabajo que realiza y por el trato que nos ha dado durante nuestra estancia. Se nota la dedicación, profesionalidad y cariño que pone en su trabajo. Personas como Juan Carlos son las que realmente marcan la diferencia y hacen que un hotel pase de ser un buen sitio donde alojarse a convertirse en un lugar al que quieres volver. También queremos agradecer el trato y la atención de Alberto, Aitor, Belén, Antonio, Natalia, Miguel, Ana, Inés, Julia, Ruth y Judith, que siempre estuvieron pendientes de nosotros y nos atendieron con una sonrisa. Y, por supuesto, agradecer también el gran trabajo de los compañeros de otros departamentos: Ángel, Pepe, José, Noe y Bea. Todo el equipo hace que se respire un ambiente fantástico. El hotel nos ha encantado: instalaciones muy cuidadas, piscinas increíbles, buena comida y una ubicación perfecta para disfrutar de Menorca. “Siamo stati una settimana a luglio presso l'Hotel Sol Falco, prenotata con Alpitour, e siamo stati bene. Il posto è davvero molto carino, curato e abbastanza pulito. Le stanze un po' piccole e da rimodernare, ma nel complesso soddisfacenti. Spazio esterno molto ampio e piscina con scivoli per i più piccoli. Posizione strategica per gite sull'isola. Sulla ristorazione, sfatiamo un mito! Ho letto recensioni sul cibo che non corrispondono affatto alla realtà. È vero che ci sono alcuni piatti fissi, ma la varietà giornaliera è buona e cambia quotidianamente con proposte sempre diverse. La nostra bambina di 2 anni ha mangiato tanta verdura e piatti sani, ben lontana dall'essere costretta a mangiare solo patatine fritte. Nota negativa, il grosso spreco di cibo che viene fatto per colpa della maleducazione della gente. Animazione top. In particolare, Siria e Giulio, fantastici, capaci di coinvolgere tutti con energia, allegria e professionalità. 🙂”See more reviews
