Gran experiencia, gracias sobre todo al personal del hotel. La ubicación, restauración y servicios son excelentes. Quisiera destacar la atención recibida por Daniel Fernández con alguna petición excepcional que tuvimos. Su ayuda fue excepcional y marcó la diferencia. Se debe tener en cuenta que, aunque aceptan mascotas, en caso de traerlas se debe reservar una habitación superior y por tanto más cara, a parte de pagar un plus (bastante elevado) por la presencia del animal en concepto de limpieza. Por otro lado, las instalaciones agradecerían una renovación, tienen un tamaño y calidad excelentes, pero algo pasadas de moda y uso. Por ejemplo, como pasa en muchos Meliá, se abusa de la moqueta en todos los espacios, especialmente habitaciones.

Me quito el sombrero ante la atención recibida. Ojalá pueda hospedarme en un futuro para disfrutar del mismo ya que está vez era dormir y poco más.
