I gave it 4 stars as secure parking in the area is limited, not particularly family friendly in terms of facilities and food is limited for veggies and people with allergies. Also the quirky open plan bathroom arrangement is not for me but others may love it. Views are great. Parking- The safest place to park is the Q-park about 9 minutes walk away or princess st. Lots of cars get broken into in this area in the NCPs. Very close to Moorfields if on the train. There is street parking at the front of the hotel, (paid) but risky in terms of security. Reception- Up a set of stairs to Reception although there is a half height lift if required. Staff were lovely, very friendly and attentive. Not family friendly. It would be impossible with kids but a baby would be fine.

Nice hotel in the business District

Amazing hotel, friendly staff, clean rooms and good breakfast. Everything you need at a fair price.

Even though the staff where approachable we had to wait along time for food and drinks to arrive some of the meals where only tepid. feeling dissapointed as we had heard such good things about it.
