i love it the only thing i wish they had was smart tv

Very central and comfortable hotel

Trotz einer kurzen Wartezeit beim Check-in erhielt ich überraschend ein kostenloses Zimmer-Upgrade – ohne dass ich danach gefragt hatte. Der Service war aufmerksam, das Zimmer makellos und der Aufenthalt insgesamt perfekt. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Rooms and Location of the hotel are good. I stayed for 21 days and here are a few things: 1. Room Service is NOT good. Things don't get cleaned/replaced. I also lost my memory card in the room despite keeping it in the closet and locking the closet. Shows they get opened while we are not in the room. 2. The girl at the front desk (evening with glasses) is incredibly rude. Seems like she is there out of her will. 3. The breakfast was good and so were the staff during breakfast. 4. My bedside table lamp wasn't working and despite multiple requests, it wasn't handled. The bearded guy at the front desk was always ignorant. 5. The view and location of the hotel is good, which stops me in lowering my review even further.

Just astonishing. I don't knew what to order so I ask to do something with lemon. They aimed in point.
