The best place in Sunny beach!

We spent 10 nights at Melia Sunny Beach in August 2024, as a family of four with two children aged 9 & 6. This is a very big and busy resort, so you need to be prepared for that. It is, however, fantastic for families if you want your holiday to be activity filled and fun for the children. Our kids loved their stay here. It feels like a safe resort, and there are lots (hundreds!) of other kids for them to have fun with. The pools are a good size and big enough to accommodate everyone. The beach is a short walk and is a good sized area reserved for the resort. I read bad reviews about getting sun loungers, but we never had a problem both at the pools and the beach. The restaurants are good and there are a few different options, including a hot pot and Indian both of which were good quality. The buffet restaurants are good but do get hectic and busy. We did find there was enough space for it not to be overwhelming, unlike some other resorts we have been to. The rooms were excellent - we had two adjoining double rooms and the kids loved having their own space. The rooms are clean and room service is excellent. The all-inclusive alcoholic drinks are the main drawback - local beer and wine only (and spirits) and if you do not like sweet white wine you have no other options. The cocktails weren't bad but again local spirits only. The evening entertainment was fantastic with a big stage and lots of seating the kids felt like they were at a show every night and really enjoyed the different acts. Overall this was a lovely and fun resort for a family holiday, as long as you are prepared for noisy, busy family fun.

Hotel do którego chce się wracać. Wszystko na najwyższym poziomie. A różowe wino z nalewaka najlepsze jakie udało mi się spotkać od Francji przez Turcję i Grecję.
